Alex was acting weird. Smiling Annora came up behind him and swayed a little bit behind him slipping her hands into his pockets like she had done so many times before. Feeling a piece of paper and writing on it she pulled it out and read the name. "R-Rebecca..." She looked up at Alex close to crying again, slowly stepping away from him.

He looked back, terrified as he felt the paper being pulled from his pocket. "It- It's not what it looks like!" His eyes widened as he saw the tears welling up in her eyes. "Honest, I haven't!" He walked up at her and grabbed her hand, pulling the paper away. "Please don't cry... It's not like I did anything!" He tilted her face up. "You have to believe me!" He said desperately. "I didn't do anything!"

She turned her head to the side letting the tears fall. "But you thought about it... Didn't you.." She whispered as her hand laid on his cheek, her other hand squeezing his hand. "I do believe you... But you thought about it... Why... Am I not good enough anymore? Now that I'm pregnant and can't give you sex... Am I not good enough..." Her voice broke, tears falling.

Alex silent, took both of her hands. "It wasn't like that..." He had thought of it but Annora didn't need to know. Letting go of her hands, he wiped the tears off of her cheek. "Come on, you know I could never do that to you!" He siad, trying to convince her. "Rebe- She can't even come close to you! Not in beauty or in depth. I love you. So I'm going to tell you the truth... Are you sure you want to know?"

Annora pulled back and looked at him. "You could never do that to me... Well you did it... twice with her!" She turned away but didn't walk away. She hated crying, but the emotions of being pregnant, and everything else. Pinching the bridge of her nose she shook her head. "You thought about calling her... You thought about cheating again..." She waited for him to talk.

His face fell as she pulled away. "Yea... I did..." He whispered. "And no... I cheated three times." He pulled her iinto a hug. "But no, it wasn't because you were pregneant... I didn't know. I thought you were mad at me... so I called her, it was after I came back from jail during 2nd semester..." He sighed and braced for her pulling away, like she usualy did.

Everyone else in the house was preoccupied with one thing or another, so Mason decided to get preoccupied as well. She whipped out her cell phone and scrolled down the list of contacts.
Alex
Annora
Home
John
Lila
Randall
Stephen
She reached the name of her ballet dance partner and hit the call button.
"Stephen? It's Mase."
Mason, what's up girl?
"Hey, I need a single girls' night out. Come with me?"
Girl, you know I'm there!
"Thanks, Steve, I'll pick you up in a few."
Alright, see you then hun.
She slipped her phone back into her pocket and went downstairs.
"I kind of assumed that our shopping trip had been postponed..." She began telling Alex and Annora. "I made plans with Stephen. I won't be out too late, don't wait up, k?" And with that, she grabbed her keys and was out the door.

John watched annora leave. He sighed. Our lives are falling apart he thought. Annora doing crack, there baby is going to be a crack baby now. Me almost dying from blood loss. Randel, and mason possibly may get liver problems from the alchohal...i don't know what to do. He closed and locked his door laying on his bed crying.

Annora didn't pull away. She actually ended up pulling him tighter. How could he... How... Burring her face in his chest she started to shake as tears started to stain Alex's shirt. "W-Why..." She gripped the back of Alex's shirt trying to stay standing up.

Alex looked down at Annora, his face emotionless. Why did I have to tell her!? He sighed and picked her up, sitting her down on the couch. After sitting down himself, he looked over. "I don't know... I just did." At least she hasn't asked what we did! He relaxed as he thought of this. If she knew...

He gasped as she asked the dreaded question. Pulling her close he told her. "We- we ummmm... Yea." He sighed and kissed the top of her forehead, praying that she wouldn't hate him.

She turned slowly and looked at him. "Y-You slept with her...." She looked back down. The last time Alex and her had had sex, was when the twins were concieved. She wasn't ready, due to being raped. And the fact Alex kept asking. So she kept saying no. "Y-You told me you gave me your virginity....." Annora stood up and walked upstairs. She was in a catitanic state. Sitting in the corner of Alex's room she rocked herself.
