Very well.
It is the finding of this court that 3DP is collectively an idiot. Whether or not the release form was oversight may be up for debate in the minds of its owners but not in mine. A video, whether or not it was actually Powell, is not a release form.
The selling of the tapes is illegal, but though he was provoked into his actions, the tapes are not altered. They are not slander. Powell at his worst, surely, but not slander.
Furthermore, it's apparent by her complicity in the conspiracy that Powell's woman was not "made" to break up with him, nor did 3DP cause the failure of the relationship. His girlfriend being unable to balls-up and simply tell him it was over is not subject to monetary compensation.
Plaintiff is granted the following:
-All profits gained from 3DP
-Sole ownership of 3DP
-All existing stock of footage to be remanded into the plaintiff's custody, as well as all stock of the materials produced by 3DP. No one is allowed to keep a single DVD.
-The sum of 12.3 million dollars for emotional distress to be paid by Lex Luthor, clear owner of 3DP and the instigator of the "conspiracy."
-All of the Plaintiff's attorney fees paid for(Plaintiff's attorney will submit bill).
As 3DP is incorporated, plaintiff has no grounds to lay a claim on LexCorp, especially since LexCorp is not legally affiliated with the production of the tapes.
*bangs gavel*
And so ends this trial. Court is adjourned.
