"All right Captain.." Kasen closed his eyes and extended his right hand out trying to concentrate on forming the at least the hilt of his zanpakuto. Reaitsu started forming in his hand as a small sphere the size of a baseball. Taking his left hand and placing it over the sphere he started compressing the sphere to form the hilt. The reaitsu flattened and started forming a rectangular hilt. Trying to solidy and fully form the handle, he grabbed the hilt and the hilt and guard was made. Opening his eyes he looked at the handle in his hand but he realized he didn't make a blade. "Captain Evil, I formed half of my zanpakuto, but I couldn't make the blade..."

Sojiro's whistling abruptly cuts off. He quickly padded along after Revlis, his arms dangling limply out of his sleeves. "Hoi!" Sojiro called out quickly. Once they were a good distance away, Sojiro asked. "Okay, so wassup?!" Maybe he was completely oblivious to what everyone else was telling him, or maybe he just didn't pay attention. He looked at Revlis with his big, green eyes.

Holding the hilt of his zanpakuto he placed his left hand over the empty handle and started focusing reiatsu at the empty guard making reiatsu form there into the blade. Compressing the reiatsu into a thin blade he started forming the blade bit by bit until the sword looked nearly like a dagger. Continuing to form the blade until it was at least two or three feet, he continued to pour his reiatsu and the reishi around him into the blade until the zanpakuto was complete. Kasen's zanpakuto looked like a katana with a purple hilt and a triangle pattern.

~* Evil Wolf*~ Evil smiled and clapped softly. "Well done! You've now formed your Zanpakto! Unfortunately, you won't find out it's name until you achieve Shikai, which will happen when you become stronger. Now, why don't you test it out on those dummies over there. They teach basic sword techniques in the Soul Reaper Academy, don't they?" She waved her hand towards some battered-looking dummies a few feet away. There were quite a few sowrd marks on them, some deeper than others. ~*Captain of Squad 10*~

"Okay then..." Kasen walked over to the dummy and held the zanpakuto in his hand and slashed at the dummy. The slash did not cut through the dummy enough. Holding his sword back he pierced the dummy and slashed upward making a small mark.

Melohim walked over to Evil after she had finished helping Kasen. "Nice squad you have here Evil taicho, so who should I be pairing up with?" Melohim had just gotten back from the land of kitsune and wanted to try out the new battle plans he had come up with there.

Raw walked over to a little bald spot on the grass, where the dirt could be seen clearer through. He dicided that if they were to start somewhere, group B should start there. He looked out amongst the shinigami gathered in his Squad. He boosted his confidence by imagining Evil naked, I mean the crowd naked.
anyways, Raw puffed his chest out, and in his deep-tone, barked out to those around him.
"Okay, orders have been given, anyone who has not yet recieved ShiKai please gather around me so Evil-sama can observe those of Group B..." He said.
Raw remained calm, and awaited the responses of the other waiting shinigami. He was not sure who had ShiKai, and did not.
Obviously, Squad members with ShiKai will most likely have stronger traces of reiatsu, but reiatsu wasn't exactly Rawtoon's strong point, so he gave up and waited...
Rawtoon himself would not be in that group, but once they got the ball rolling, he would feel easier to step away and re-settle this all in Evil-sama and the new Lieutenant, Revlis' hands.

Cresan ran in frantically, zanpakutou swinging in his left hand... He was in the elemental wastelands, training... and dozed off. He heard the announcment in his dream, but he didn't realize it until much later. His face was stricken as he approached his Captain, "Captain Evil, I am sorry for being late... What kind of training did you have in store for me?" He bowed and waited for her attention to turn to him.
((I am SO SORRY for not being here... I haven't been on for a week or so because of school and this play I'm doing. I would have read the last posts to see what's going on, but once I saw the PM I freaked and came here to make my entry post ASAP.))

Kasen walked toward Raw to begin the training exercise as he sheathed his new zanpakuto. Suddenly he stopped when he head something, a bell toll, the bell continued to ring, short but effective. He looked around slightly scared, but continued to walk and stood by Raw. "What was that, something involving death?"

"Oh great, usually when he Has something in mind for me I end up in 4th squad with several bones broken." Melohim rolled his eyes sarcastically as he spoke, and then walked back over to Revlis. "Well Revlis, do you have anything planned or should I just pair up with someone?" While Melohim was anxious to get started with the training, he hoped that Revlis did have someone picked out for him, he didn't want to accidentally pick someone to far above, or below his own power level.

Rawtoon began to walk towards Revlis now, he looked back to the first person to have made it clear which group they are on.
"Don't worry about anything, Evil is sure to have something in store for you all. If you worry, ask for some of her juice, it shall help you." Raw muttered.
His deep voice was abrupt, but not condescending. He seemed like a buisness-oriented shinigami, who was quite serious about his captain's will. And with that, he waved blindly behind him with one of his paws as he neared Revlis and Mohelim. His tail was swaying from left to right, carrying his staff for him since he did not feel tha particular urge to hold it right now; as he did this the crystal reflected the light from the sun in many different directions around him...

((Yeah, I've had shikai for a while, now.))
Cresan, seeing that Evil-sama had separated the group into with shikai and not, joined the others who had achieved shikai. He focused all of his reiatsu into his zanpakutou, "Dowse, Kasui Aikouka no Outouto Hisakata!"
The water in the air condensed and swirled around Cresan's now sapphire blade. The violent water soon slowed down and became a gentle whirpool surrounding Cresan's zanpakutou.
"Okay, I'm ready!"
