Feeling the wind tense up around him, Xeion assumed that the boy was using some kind of wind-based attack similar to the things that Feiy-sama uses. Using his experience with dealing with the wind, Xeion reinforced his stance and placed Elena in front of him to act as a wind breaker that would be able to receive the bulk of the wind's power, drastically reducing it to that of a gentle breeze.

After the wind around him died down, Xeion saw yet another projectile coming at him. Digging his feet on the ground, Xeion prepared to receive it. The blue flame hit Elena's steel, heating her up, and in one, mighty swing, Xeion cancelled the fire element attack, going back into his defensive stance. "Just like Tadashi-kun's Hellion flame strikes." He thought to himself.

As expected, after he had done with the previous attack, the boy threw yet another, more complex and powerful attack at him. Upon seeing the attacks, the balls of death and doom were also somewhat similar to Rios-kun's attack when both of them fought in the tournament wherein Rios-kun let out a flurry of needles at him. Seeing that they were all much bigger and fewer in number than Rios-kun's needles, Xeion prepared to defend himself from it.

With one swing, two swings, three swings, then four, Xeion repeated swinging Elena in the path of the flaming balls of doom which dissipated as soon as they hit Elena's steel, just as like the previous fireball did before. "Man, this guy is totally skilled!"

((Yeah, you misread it. Xeion actually deflected all your balls of doom. Oh, and that's auto-hitting, a grave sin here in the Sereitei. You need to give your opponent a chance to do something, so posts with: "Man A punched Man B on the face, sending him one billion miles away before crashing into the moon..." or "Man B unfortunately missed a single needle from Man A which ran through Man B's stomach." are big no-no's.))

With the massive fireball, the mother of all fireballs up to this time, I might add, forming up on the boy's head, Xeion grew wide-eyed. "That's one big ball..." He managed to mutter out before the giant mass of flame came down on him. Managing to gather reiatsu and imbuing it onto his hands and onto Elena, Xeion prepared to counter the massive attack with his own.

Jumping up into the air, Xeion swung Elena down with such force for a 'Magnum Split', an attack which uses the wind and reiatsu which could even cut a Menos Grande in half with it. The resulting gust of wind from the swing was enough to slice the giant fire ball in half while the ensuing gust after the initial wind force blew the remnants of the giant flame ball until they were just a mere pile of glowing embers on the ground.

As soon as his feet touched the ground, Xeion pushed off to a shunpo until he was directly in front of the boy with Elena's pointed tip just millimeters away, aimed straight at the boy's throat. Xeion smiled at the boy for he was duly impressed with his abilities. "What's your name?" He asked, somewhat relaxed now since he knew that the boy would be exhausted after that massive attack.

Pulling back Elena and sheathing her into her scabbard, Xeion nodded, acknowledging that he was impressed with the boy. "Loki-kun, huh? Well then, Loki-kun, with your skills, you'd be probably best suited to Squad Five, Six, Ten, or Thirteen. You did good, Loki-kun, damned good." Xeion praised, patting the young trainee on the shoulder.
