"Xal.. " she murmerd. the cat seemed amused, and refused to listen. he let out a shockwave of fire energy, bursting into the purple fire as his fur turned a snow white. the fire wouldnt hurt her right away, but the longer a spirit of his plane was in it.. the more it would hurt over time. he shook her off easily, not in the least angery, and prowled next to Sark. sitting down her he made a purring sound. she did a double take, understanding him and incrediusly demanding. " you what! if Qu... i mean Father found out that we..." she blanched, leaning against Xal for sapport. she touched her hand to his bite mark, her spirit healing him with out thought.

Xal just kept purring, watching the fight with a far more relaxed outlook now. he liked the woman, she was the same energy as he and Sark. that made her trust worthy to him. with a shake of his head, he weaved around Sark so she couldnt move. keeping her out of trouble seemed to be a lives work, and he wasnt going to let her fight here. she let out a yelp and struggled wildly, sending out a protective vail of fire over Tyler as she tried to move Xal off of her leg's.

"Just shut up, child. You test my patience." Growling, he picked his staff up again, the eyeballs watching Tyler, then switching over towards Sark and Xal. "And you, fire wielder. Stay out of our buisness!" He'd managed to control the ripples in his skin to a tiny prickling. The wound on his neck began to close almost immediately.

"Xal you backwards furry nitwit, let me up!" irritatedly she tugged at his ear, his only response a low rumble. " you are listening to Quin over me! how is that not being a traitor?!" she let out a growl and tried to raise her hand, Xal catching it carfuly in his mouth and giveing her a look. with a dark look she pulled at her hand, hissing quietly in an odd language. " stupid striped Tigger, t-i double g-er. spells traitor, evil feline." he just made laughing noise's, completely unaware of her struggles to help Tyler.
finaly she jerked and called out. " Tyler, can you take energy?! Xal is being an idiot, but i can send you my energy."

both of them stiffend when she felt something inside her, and she did the one thing Quin always yelled at her for. instead of fighting it she pulled the woman's energy in, letting a blast of fire out of her hand to drain Kiari's energy as she blocked her mind. Xal looked from one to the other, rumbleing something. with out breaking contact, she hissed. " you are not bring Father into this. he will skin me alive for even showing myself, let alone you. " her talking helped her relax, sort things out better until she let go of the energy and shoved Kiari back with her own energy. "stay out of my head.. its rude. i did not attack your mind, so stay away from mine."

Kirai's image wavered, and she took a sudden amount of energy instead of mixing it in with blood at once, and put her hand to her head. ".... amazing." She stood, lowering her hand, then looked tword Dr.Avarice. "By the way... if Tyler does anything out of place, if I can't break that shield... even it if means losing this soul, I'll break you." She said, smiling with a light voice. "Now, do you wish to continue fighting, or complain some more about me entering that pretty little mind of yours?"

she paled drasticly, her eyes widening as she jerked her head down. she would rather fight Kiari than have her dad look at her like that.

her stance changed intirely, from defiant to shy. " Tyler needed help... and i wont let my friend be hurt." she stammerd, not looking up. she ducked her head and stilled completely, Xal letting out amused sounds as she sent him a dirty look. laugh it up Tigger... she thought darkly. suddenly she pulled back, stareing at him and then Kiari. " i will not let either of you hurt Ty." she said firmly, her voice just a little more confadent.

Kirai responded. "And I was cornered, then my fiance came to help, thus being attacked by Tyler. If you wish to help your friend, then please take him away." She asked simply.
