Queen Of The Puppeteers `Dre Damien took Victoria by the hand and smiled. "Let's go then," he said, leading them back out to the car. Victoria went willingly and Louis followed behind September. Damien began the short trip to the mall after everyone had gotten in the car, set on spoiling the girl to her heart's content. Even the slave would get some new, nice things, but for a different reason entirely.

Damien began the short trip to the mall after everyone had gotten in the car, set on spoiling the girl to her heart's content. Even the slave would get some new, nice things, but for a different reason entirely. Victoria started to think of cheap stores she could hit so that she would fulfill just enough of Louis's basic needs without going over. She decided only to spoil him when he deserved it and, well, he didn't.

Actually grateful for something that wasn't torn, old and found in the gutter or trash, Louis looked at Victoria with his light eyes and thanked her for really what was the first sincere show of gratitude he had ever given her. The zombie paused and looked down on him with slight confusion until she finally masked it with haughty posture and a demeaning smile as she tossed the bag into his arms and walked over to Damien. "Sorry it took so long." She said as she smiled at him warmly.

September was thrilled that the things he was carrying were actually his for once. He had a bright grin stretched across his face and walked with an oddly erect stance compared to his normal cowering slouch.

Victoria loved the feel of Damien's arm around hers as she followed, looking around. Louis followed, watching September's happiness almost from a distance. He knew that he would go to Damien but he knew that, as long as he himself was there to pose a threat to Damien, September would be happy and he was willing to sacrifice the friendship if just for that. He loved the robot too much.
