Erm...I know this may have been asked/answered before, but I'm confused as to how to gain skill points. Can anyone answer the follow:
1) How do you know how many posts to do for a jutsu?
2) How do you know if its "over the amount of sentences?"
3) Do you need 300 skill points to get, or get 300 skill points from learning, a jutsu that says 300 skill points after title?
And now some specific jutsu questions:
1) Can members learn to open the Celestial Gates?
2) If so, what are requirements?

1)I believe it's six, (Look to the "Guildlines" sticky thing)
2)Probably also in the guidlines
3)No, it just means thats how many skill points you get from mastering a jutsu.

I have read the guidlines, so apparently those are not in guidlines, except partially the 6 post thing, it says certain jutsus cannot be under 6, but I doubt its 6 posts for all techs of all strengths (if so, thats kind of a poor system)...in guidlines it says (and I quote):
- When learning jutsus, posts must be descent size and you cannot learn moves in less than six posts unless the jutsu is under 600 Skill Points.
Now...decent size may mean different things to me than other people....the guidline are very shaky here....they need to be better defined. See? It says may not learn in than 6...but again, I doubt all techs of all strengths are gonna be 6....

At the current time nowhere, you are stuck in school till you pass, then you take a boat back home and you are free to rp in yout home village.
Which the whole boat system, I unerstand the concept of knowing where someone is but, ninja taking a boat to suna? Or even Konoha, there isn't any water around there.
