Unfamiliar earth," he added, gazing down the street before shaking himself and saying, "Terrain, I mean. I do not suppose you know where you are?"

Ruko walked down the large deserted streets with her wings folded behind her back 'I thought kanro said this place had humans abound...Maybe some purifiers already cleared it....' Ruko unfurled her wings and took flight to survey the area more 'Blast there is nothing here..... I guess ill just take a look around on the streets try to find some more purifiers....' ((Can someone tell me how this post was?I am eager to learn as i am not to great at role-playing

They had reached a clearing outside the town. Tamwyn stopped.
"I'm going to transfer my position using an extrasolar wind," Tamwyn told a'Ariella. "It's the closest one I could find to where I'm going."
By all means, said a'Ariella, and watched curiously as the Stelleri prepared to move by this wind. She'd never met an extrasolar wind. Those outside of Earth were different, affected by the many worlds they saw. She didn't expect to understand it, but maybe extrasolar winds had souls just like Earth winds.
Orange particles gathered around Tamwyn's upraised hands. "All right. We're ready now," Tamwyn said. She looked back at a'Ariella. "Are you sure you can follow?"
Don't worry about me, a'Ariella said. Tamwyn nodded.
Tamwyn spoke to the heavens. "By the power of Seleras' and Gaia, I bid thee to transport me where I wish to go..."
As Tamwyn spoke, a'Ariella felt an alien wind wrapping itself around her. It both thrilled and terrified her. She could tell now that she could not speak to this being, yet at the same time it was kin...
Tamwyn finished her incantation and relaxed into the grip of the extrasolar wind. As they were being lifted up, a'Ariela heard a muffled explosion and saw a cloud of dust where the mountain had been near the town. Tamwyn... she started uncertainly.
Tamwyn turned and looked at her. "What?" she asked, but the mountain was already out of sight.
Never mind, said a'Ariella, subsiding. It was none of her business.

In a minute, they had reached their destination. The extrasolar wind dropped a'Ariella in midair but carefully put Tamwyn down behind a cafe, where she had ordered it to.
a'Ariella ruffled her breezes. It was strangely uncomfortable being moved by another wind. She saw a black-haired young man leaning on a balcony and smiled. His hair was so nice... just to run her fingers through it...
"a'Ariella!" Tamwyn called. a'Ariella stopped playing with the man's hair and wafted down to Tamwyn's level.
"I've found the second one," she said, waving a fishbone. Tamwyn did not elaborate. She merely tucked one fishbone into her jacket and put the other between her teeth.
"Calcium..." she murmured. "And phosphates, and a hint of mercury. Humans throw away the best stuff." Tamwyn looked at a'Ariella. "Come. I sense the third one is in this city, but we will need some time and careful planning if we are to get her. Although you do not need anything, this body needs lodgings or it will fall apart."
Tamwyn strode off and a'Ariella followed. This bodyguard job was getting more interesting by the minute.

((Just in case we're not clear, a'Ariella and Tamwyn were in the town up until just before the time of the explosion and they are now in Chicagowherever the crap Ryn, Nendir and Izzy are sorry I forgot where they were jeez. a'Ariella was playing with Nendir's hair. ^^; Couldn't help it when I saw you anthropomorphizing the wind...
And I refuse to elaborate on the 'she'. stare There are any number of 'she's in this RP... it could be one of them or someone else altogether...))

"Hm, Chicago ..where else did you think you were?" Kimiyoshi laughed out loud. "You lost or something?"

Asaka smiled up toward her sister.

"Asaka? Should we let this guy come with us?"

'I don't see why we should.. he had such an effect on you..'

"What's that supposed to mean? I wasn't scared of that guy! pfsh.." She turned back to face the stranger. "Where did you come from?"
