Mai covered her ears not liking the sound and screamed because her senses were heightenedfrom the demon it was driving her mad , and drilling through her eardrums till she fell to her knees.
"MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
By falling Seph had missed his mark .

He redirected so he would miss her head. Should he try forcing the Protector in through her skull, it could get very messy, very fast. He kicked up with his last step, flipping up over her.
His empty hand rested on the top of her head as he flipped and remained there as he landed in front of her. Again, he tried. This time, he aimed his palm just above her heart.

It was then that Clow had threw his arm back to the side, stopping the high frequency of sound. He noticed Seph nearby, and nodded to him, though he had missed his mark. His eyes narrowed once again, as he started to walk slowly in her direction.

She heard the noise stop and chakra came out of her chest forming a demonic claw grabbing his wrist not letting him put it where he wished.
Mai looked at him nervously and pushed the hand that was on her head away and jumped away from them as the demonic form now continued and her chakra had been doubled twice already making it four but now tripled that to a 12 times more as her skin changed and little bumps were behind her ears.

The Kyuubi's eyes forced Byakougan away, the chakra focused there shattering the lenses of his specs. He shook them off slowly, and when his head turned back to face Mai, his face appeared to be crazed. A clawed arm of chakra pulled free of Seph's physical body and came down on the demon's arm.
Seph looked into Mai's eyes. His voice was no longer his own. "Getting bolder as the days pass, are we, fool-demon?"

Clow then from where he was, did a more complicated handseal.
"Watch it Seph."
And by it, he meant his jutsu.
"Kage Hando Kugutsu."
And with that, from around her, the shadows of the trees all formed together, and created two hands of darkness which would reach out for her violently, grabbing at her. Clow's hands were now busy, as it was visible to see dark thin strands of darkness attached to them, like strings.

The demon looked through her eyes at Seph and glared at him unable to do much as hands grabbed onto her pulling her away and Mai struggled violently to pull free of the restraints clow formed.
"let me go!!!!!!!" She screamed trying to break the jutsu.

-=As the fire around Neko cleared, he stood; his figure menacing. He stood a full fourteen feet tall, his hulking mass hunched over. His arms were as thick as tree trunks, and a short muzzle was protruding from his face. His clothes were mostly singed, but his equipment was nowhere to be seen. He weighed a good seven-hundred pounds in his full Youkai form, large batlike wings wrapped around him, protecting him from the fire as he peered out from between them, watching what was going on as he waited, small flickers of gold in the blue chakra that was licking at his skin=-

For a split second, Seph took back over.
~We're trying to subdue Mai. She's berserking out on Neko with her Demon and what looks like the Cursed Seal. Help?~

"I can seal her again, as long as those hands can hold her long enough."
He sent a mental message to Seph and Neko. Clow's fingers twiddled a bit, making the grip on her tighten and keep her in place.
"But then again...to seal her...I'd have to drop my restraints."

She pulled at the restraints violently refusing to give up at all and chakra began clashing against the restraints violently forcing them to begin to weaken. Her chakra was still rising way past a safe level even for her body to handle anymore as she faught still.

-=Neko slowly walked over, his wings folding behind him, flat against his back. This beast didn't resemble Neko in the least, nor did the chakra it was emitting feel like Neko's. For all Mai should know, she had killed him in the blast. As it neared her, it spoke in a low, scratchy voice=-
I could hold her down.

~We need to cut off her chakra supply, any my hands are kind of.. full. Clow's trying to keep her still, but she's weakening his jutsu pretty quickly.~
He shook his head, the Kyuubi trying to take back over. All that was on it's mind was fight, fight, fight! and Sephiroth was trying to discern the best course of action.
~If you can seal her, Clow, that would help. What we really need to do is replace that Godawful demon.~
