ah, but the main problem with people like thee is that if you do not fight back.. they think they won...and then they just walk all over the next person they get upset with as well
sometimes it is actually more worth the pain to keep it from happening all over again

True, but why don't you let the next person decide if they want to bother with fighting back. You don't have to do it for them if it's driving you nutso. Just a thought sweatdrop
