Cabron the Swan So do I, do you know when I love laughing the most? When I'm crying and it cheers me up. Yin exists to contrast the yang. Neither is any less beautiful or enjoyable, and neither can reach its full potential without the other. I dunno. I like my laughter when I am laughing with friends the most. I have felt sadness, and I think it is a good contrast, but I have had enough of that.

Cabron the Swan Also time is infinite too. It's one continuous moment of 'now' that we divide and count in an attempt to understand. That's my favorite loophole tactic. If someone wants something that they aren't allowed to have, tell them they can have it "Not now, later".
It satisfies them for the moment, and when they question it, tell them that there is no "later". It's always "now", and they agreed to it.

Owwin Cabron the Swan So do I, do you know when I love laughing the most? When I'm crying and it cheers me up. Yin exists to contrast the yang. Neither is any less beautiful or enjoyable, and neither can reach its full potential without the other. I dunno. I like my laughter when I am laughing with friends the most. I have felt sadness, and I think it is a good contrast, but I have had enough of that. It's desensitization I'm afraid of, I think. I do it with pot too; every so often I spend a few weeks sober just so I get a better high when I do start again. I don't want it to ever stop doing it for me.
But if you still enjoy the laughter as much as you did from the first laugh, it just means that you're at peace with yourself, that you don't need the yin to reinforce the yang like I do. I'd envy you, but I know it's only a matter of time until we can all find that.
Hmm... maybe my indecision is something I came here to face too. It's clearly the source of this back-and-forth behavior I put myself through.

I think there has been enough sad in the world to last for a while, we need to tip the scales in the other direction for a while.

Peace and happiness is all everyone everywhere wants, and it will be realized. It's only a matter of time, something that it's not possible to run out of. It can't not happen, that wouldn't make sense.

Even though that post pretty much puts an end to the conversation, I like to think it's all perspective. I am happy a lot. Or at least a nice medium.
For some reason people like to think I'm pessimistic. Probably because I'm so deadpan.
