I'm not a big fan of caps lock beggars, so I think I'll continue to be the way I am.

It's not stupid. What is stupid is the unnecessary overuse of caps lock on Gaia and in general.

While I'll agree that Caps lock is overused alot here; The use of it is to show an increase in volume of voice which we don't exactly have control of in text. We have the shout post style, the caps lock, and the bold text configuration. And of course the extremely overused exclimation point. But MOST people only recognise ALL CAPS as shouting. (See also. So, while I understand your grammatical correctness flare, there has to be some kind of leighway for this kind of situation. And no, if you use all caps doesn't nessicarily mean you are moronic. IT USUALLY IS INTENDED AS A WAY TO GRAB PEOPLES ATTENTION WHERE AS SMALL TEXT FAILS IN COMPARISON.

Either way, the way you responded to Ms. Eve's query was rather rude and vindictive; even a bit condescending seeing as you yourself have asked for items here as well (Even though your grammer was nere the more correct in its use.). Even if she did show a grammatical error in posting in all caps; it doesn't give ANYONE the right to slam someone with that style of commentery.

Lets try to keep the name calling down to a minimal shall we? Name calling, no matter if it's a person or a persons ideal, is unneeded drama starting fuel. I was the king of drama starting here at one time so please understand that I know what I'm talking about. I was almost kicked once for unnessicary drama as many of you all know. So please undersand that I'm not here to judge you or punish you. I'm here to warn you and keep you from getting to a point where punishment WILL be required by the higher ups. Only they can decide when action will be taken but I'd like to keep that from happening wouldn't you?

Eevee, I respect your request for items but please refrain from calling names. I understand your view on the caps lock issue but saying someone or something is stupid is unnessicary. You could perhaps say that you don't like the fact that people refuse to help others because they use caps lock.

Ume, I understand your distaste for the overuse of ALL CAPS. But to be fair; its one of four options to take in catching someones eye and is by far the easiest out of all of the options to take. And by no means does it allow you to leave such a rude response as "Lets not and say we did.". That comment is extremely distateful in social behaviorism. The use of such comments are to be held between enemies whom have done you some wrong in the past. Please limit them as such.

Who says I'm angry? I'm not angry in the slightest.

I think that using caps lock is unnecessary for serious business, like, in your case, when someone is asking for gold or someone gets angry and feels like it will help emphasize their point. My caps lock use, that I think you're referencing, is when Ed and I are joking.

Whether you want to recognize it or not, everyone judges people on the way they speak, type, convey information, or whatever else you want to call it. It's the way teachers determine intelligence and a way businesses determine who they want to hire. It's not such a strange concept. Yes, I actively judge people based on the way they type, but there's nothing inconsiderate about it.
