Oblivionic Legend Do you have any idea how hard it is to fight with no armor or weapons against someone who has them? You should go talk to Reiko.

Oblivionic Legend He is 6X faster/stronger/more agile/etc than a normal trained human. What that means on gaia in terms of battle? Very little. A vampire is about as strong. Depends on what you consider normal trained human. People that visit the gym once a week? Collegiate Athletes? Olympic Athletes? World Record Holders? It's why I hate generic statements like that, because it really doesn't put a limit on what somebody can do. As far as I know, by those standards, your character could pick up a small car, jump ten feet in the air, do a triple backflip and throw it the length of a football field, then run to the other end and catch it before it hit the ground.

Oblivionic Legend Do you have any idea how hard it is to fight with no armor or weapons against someone who has them? Yes.
I do.
Thats generally why people HAVE armor and weapons. Its your choice to fight with crazy healing powers instead of fighting with weapons and armor. So, don't complain about how hard it is. Now, dissection time...Oblivionic Legend My character isn't ridiculous. He's a well-oiled melee machine. He's unarmored. Weaponless. A "well-oiled melee machine" should rely on his combat skills in melee to win a fight, and not a bunch of healing abilities. You list two powers of healing in your bio.
- Regeneration - can fully regenerate physically. - Rapid Healing - Heals at a rate, equal to regeneration.Oblivionic Legend I gave him regenerative capabilities to kinda balance that out; so one stab won't spell d-e-f-e-a-t. If you're any type of good fighter, and have any faith in your own abilities, one stab shouldn't spell defeat anyway. Unless you manage to place yourself in, or your opponent places you in, a situation where said stab would be fatal or battle-ending. The truth is, this rarely happens in most Levi fights as most people can avoid or deflect the attack anyway, and almost all fights aren't to the death. Stabs are generally in a fatal class of wounds, and thus aren't generally used.Oblivionic Legend ki power is relative to time spent charging... as, i recall reading, fits your section. I don't recall mentioning your "ki powers" in any of my comments. And for the record, I've been using a different system for my abilities instead of the charging system.Oblivionic Legend He is 6X faster/stronger/more agile/etc than a normal trained human. What that means on gaia in terms of battle? Very little. A vampire is about as strong. As Dessie said above, this is way too general, and quite vague. Vampires are different in almost every thread you see them being played in on Gaia, so that reference doesn't really help your case either. A trained human can run maybe 20MPH, 6X that amount is 120MPH. Faster than one really needs to run in battle. Ryugi, at maximum, can dead-lift 2000 pounds. And thats his maximum strength. He can not go over that limit. And, at that level, he has to put everything he has into lifting that weight, thus leaving him open to attack from opponents or otherwise, and leaving him exhausted from the exertion afterwards. Any boost in his "strength" stat doesn't allow him to lift any more than that, it simply lowers his exhaustion afterwards, allowing him to react faster to an attack. But during the lift, he's still vulnerable. And, he can't run much faster than your average sprinting human with all his equipment anyway. Without it, its a very different story, but thats not part of the discussion.Oblivionic Legend He would be hard-pressed to crush the bones in a person's hand with only one of his own. -coughRyugicough-. I'm sorry, but he's HOW MANY times stronger than an average trained human? If I recall, you said he was SIX times stronger than a trained human being. Trained human beings don't need super strength to break people's bones. Six times that strength, I beleive, would EASILY be capable of crushing someone's hand. Your statements are hypocritical.Oblivionic Legend As an added bonus, I gave him reincarnation, and a way to find enemies that turn tail at his *overpowered* melee. As I recall you also gave him immortality, and these other abilities.Quote: Soul Powers/Attributes:- Paradoxical Entity - at key times, has the ability to unlock a hidden power that will boost his fighting abilities to equally match those of his opponent.- Reincarnation- Upon physical death: 1 day real-time execution for reincarnation. Reduced by soul bound. Formerly 5 days. - Soul Bound - has bound, or anchored his soul to his physical body, producing the following effects: -- physical appearanc change: glowing blue lines(sharp definition), tracing the veins -- Curse-proof. The soul's purity affects the body. -- Immune to Diseases. The soul's purity affects the body. -- Purify on touch. Not strike. -- Decreased Reincarnation time. -- Anchored. Cannot become disembodied. Cannot be soul-trapped, experience soul death, or have soul taken. So essentially, you've made him immortal. He doesn't age and is immune to disease, so he can't really die of natural causes. In battle he heals to the point that wounding him is generally useless since he'll simply heal AND regenerate himself at the same time, meaning that its nearly impossible to defeat him anyway. And then, if by some amazing set of circumstances he actually manages to die, he just comes back to life after a day like nothing ever happened. Oblivionic Legend EDIT: other abilities are specific defenses. if you fight melee only, they are nothing to worry about. Yeah, ok. So we won't have to worry about all his other powers, just him healing and regenerating any and all damage done to him throughout the fight. Oh boy, that sounds like fun.
So, in closing, yes, your character is ridiculously overpowered. And essentially immortal to boot.
