Kyraa Mm... I need to borrow Beau's Miller comics. You won't love, I promise. :'3 Good. heart Danti I just hope you won't be terribly bothered by inaccuracy, because I get the feeling this plotline went nothing like the comics. That's just it, though -- there've been so many writers and alterna-verses, it's hard to establish what would be canon besides "Wayne sees his parents killed, becomes a vigilante dressed like a bat." I don't care too much if they stray from what I consider normal, as long as the characters themselves remain true. I figure, if I can watch the new "The Batman" cartoon without getting too enraged, I can handle this movie. Though I'm still pissed with what they did to Freeze. Amy Plum Oh, my. He likes Mr. Freeze? You have my condolances for the last batman movie. crying We all mourned when that movie came to be. crying Danti: Don't worry. You don't read the comics, so you're safe from true dorkery. As for me, I'll be wallowing in my obsessive dorky fangirlism.

Keptan Sally Chang Any tips for reformatting a compy? How is everyone today? Hiya Sally. I'm feeling creepy and sexy today. How about you? 3nodding I confess that the only Batman comic exposure I have is the Frank Miller graphic novel. The only comic I read regularly is the... um... Sonic Comic. Arcadian Terry McGinnus has Bruce Wayne's DNA in him WTF. That makes no sense.... right? eek Well, not so bad. I'm compy is well on it's way to being fresh and clean. Then I'll be able to play WoW with lightining speed. biggrin But also, I will have a reliable computer, b/c lappy is sick too. EDIT: Oh yes, you do look ever so creepy and sexy. *point to her own Wonka shirt* Kinda like Willy!

Arcadian Keptan: Apparently someone mingled Batman DNA into Terry's parents, so the writer wants us to think. He must just want to ruin the story for everyone because he doesn't like it. Considering that it sounds like a Plot Point From Left Field with no real motive or reason for it, I would have to agree with you. xp Silly comic book writers.

Because my computer isn't seven flavors of "more powerful than a NASA computer". Hmmm.... I'm actually looking forward to the new Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie. I wonder who will make the better Willy Wonka, Gene Wilder or Johnny Depp. 3nodding

Johnny Depp looks good from the previews. At first I was scared because he looked so much like a girl.

I don't think one will be better than the other -- just different. As long as Depp does a drop and roll when we first see him, I'll be pleased. 3nodding heart

Danti Johnny Depp looks good from the previews. At first I was scared because he looked so much like a girl. I thought the exact same thing, except like a certain girl named Clair. I should whip out my yearbook and scan a pic... but it's only 63% formated thus far.

Depp may or may not give a really good performance, but there's no way he can top the original Wonka. It's just not gonna happen. domokun
