"Well, Those that attacked probably wouldn't have targeted the school, if the mortals there did not have a connection to her Grace. Though her Grace does see all the mortals within her Duchy as her subjects and therefore under her protection anyway. By being known by her, it does place a bigger risk on them. Some Fea really hate mortals, and resent when we open our world to them."
