The Hegemon Well, the Marines could always use rocket launchers and Spartan Lasers. They're technically not "Spartan" lasers in the Halo canon anyway, they're the Mk6 Grindell/Galailian Nonlinear Rifle. It's an anti-everything weapon that would be used by special forces units like ODSTs. They've also been able to use them in previous games so changing that wouldn't make sense. As for pulling off a turret? Well they probably kept that in there for gameplay reasons. The major gamers, are used to it. So even if its just barely canon, it would still hurt all them fanboys and rare fangirls. The Hegemon As for the health system they have a two-level system in place. The first is like COD's (actually stolen from Halo 2 ironically) regenerating health thing. Your stamina is basically your shield in this game. If you get hit that goes down first, and your visor will flash red. When that's gone your health takes damage, and the stamina goes fast. The only way to replenish health is to find a public health kiosk scattered through New Mombasa or to get one from your fellow Marines. I like this feature, it makes it seem a bit more real. The Hegemon As for doing things exactly like Spartans? Well, some things were inevitable. Much of the animations are similar, but dual-wielding is out. As for hefting certain weapons, it basically comes down to the "we had them in previous games and to not let them use it would be mean" argument. Besides, how can you NOT think that an ODST carrying around a turret would be bad a**? And frankly, I think that might be a firefight-only deal, but I could be wrong. I would think an ODST would at least have abnormal strength anyways. Due to their extreme training they go through for the hell jumping, etc. The Hegemon The Firefight mode looks like L4D's survival mode and GOW2's horde mode, and I'm frankly looking forward to it. I think it's going to be fun for a number of reasons. Not only do you get to customize your ODST with different armor permutations, if you preorder the game at certain retailers you get a token to play as Sergeant Johnson. WHICH IS AWESOME. In other words, go out and preorder the game NOW. YES! INDEED!

It's called me and Mike being the only ones who look at them/not having enough time to read through each test and grade it properly due to outside commitments. Speaking of commitments, I promised a while ago that I'd rework my original ODST edit: To fit the design of the ODSTs in Halo 3: ODST. Well I did. The Rookie and Buck, two characters from Halo 3: ODST: And just for kicks, I went and made Mitchell with and without his helmet:

You don't have to sleep with anyone. All you have to do is send me a PM with the details, you know, name, date-of-birth, age, gender, height, weight, blood type, and unit. Then you'll need a serial number, the format is XXXXX-XXXX-your character's initials.
If you want a customized avatar for the portrait, that'll cost you extra. 500g should do it for a modified Marine, ODST, or Naval uniform. 1000g for a full-blown edit.

Yes, technically Gaia moderators can do whatever they please as long as they don't violate the TOS. The "moderators" in the guild are called Crewmembers or are simply referred to as "The Crew". Once you pass your RP test you'll be given equipment.
