Leaves and petals fell down around the Team as the sound of a bending tree branch was heard from above. A girl had appeared, standing in a tree that loomed way above them. Her hair was cut short and blonde, strewn with pink flowers. She wore a dark green dress, which also had pink flowers strewn about the waist, and her eyes like emeralds shone through the dim light of the forest. "Who are you?" She asked. Her voice was beautiful, like herself, but it had a cold sound to it. In her hand she held a peculiar-looking flower. The center of it was black, with sharp black thorns jutting from it, and the petals were a pale purple. "Are you friends of the half-breed?"

Sammy was now crouching low as she heard the voice, her ears swiveling frantically back and forth in attempts to locate the source of the sound. Her tail was unintentionally being swung back and forth as she attempted to rid herself of the grass. She didn't know what the girl looked like, but she didn't trust her.

Gripping my sword a little tighter, I address the mysterious girl. "We're just a simple group of Pokemon Trainers. And if, by 'half-breed', you mean the young woman with purple eyes and pyrokinesis, then yes. She's our friend.
"Now who are you, and can you explain why the forest has grown rampant tonight?"

"And I assume you are one of the 17 from Hell." Ginji accused, his eyes squinted slightly so portray his anger and disgust. He didn't exactly want to sound bold in the face of a demon. Their magic was probably much stronger than any human's could be. But it wouldn't stop him from putting up a fight. "We are known as Team Aqua around these parts, and we're here investigating the disappearance of some of the citizen of the cities around the forest." he said a bit too blandly.

Dark reappears in HQ with 3 Pokeballs on his belt. His necklace with the gold Pokeball on it is back around his neck.
"Oh... It appears I'm late..." He says looking around the room.

"Well, it's too late to save the half-breed, I suppose." She said. She sounded as if she wasn't really paying attention. With a groan, the tree she was standing in lowered and allowed her to step off safely onto the ground. The grass around her returned to normal, it didn't move up to touch her or anything. "They call me Seda. I hold control over all forms of plant life. And this forest is acting so because I will it to." She caressed the delicate petals of the flower in her hand. Now that she was closer, everyone could tell that the stem of the flower was very stiff, and the end of it was dark purple in color and pointed. As she spoke, vines grew up from the ground, surrounding Team Aqua. "Normally I would suggest you leave, because this is my forest and I consider you trespassers. But maybe you would make good toys for my plant friends." The vines began to lash out.
"GET AWAY FROM THE VINES!!! THEY'LL --?!" Maddy came bursting out of a nearby wall of overgrowth, only to be snatched up by the vines. She was instantly pinned up to a tree next to Seda, the vines wrapping around her and holding her roughly against the hard tree trunk. She gave a little whimper, obviously not enjoying being molested by vines.

Christian was to slow to take out Light as he too had been captured by the demon's vines. He squirmed, wiggled, jumped, and twisted to try to get out. It was no use.

Sammy yipped as she felt vines cutting at her legs and arms. She was unable to defend herself very well, as she couldn't see her attackers. But there was one thing she could do. She began to let out small bursts of electricity, almost able to feel the plants screeching around her. She still, though, couldn't see where they were coming from and was still obviously at a disadvantage.

Dj rode Charizard from the base to Eterna Forest, the team's current location. When he saw a group of people he jumped out into a tree and smoothly manuevered to the grass. He looked over his clothes and blew of a leaf. He looked up and smiled at the team. "Did I miss anything?" He took out Charizard's pokeball and returned her.

One of Dark's Pokeballs opens and his Alakazam appears.
"What's up Oz?"
"I sense trouble.... Somewhere..."
"Oh yeah? Well bring me to it."
The Alakazam's eyes glow and the two teleport to where everyone else is. Ozzy is recalled and Dark looks around at the chaos.
"Anyone call for a Tyranitar hybrid?" He asks in his typical overconfident tone.

One leg and her tail had now been taken hostage by some of the vines, and she was shocking things left and right to try and free herself. She couldn't see a damn thing because of all of the energy bursting around them... Ironically, all of the action was blinding to her.

Ginji started by playing Twister with the vines, his right hand being placed awfully close to one of the spikes. His squirmed around the vines gently and carefully to get out of their domain. "Right hand...not death." he muttered to himself as he escaped the vine-prison. The vines lashed out, and Ginji returned fire with a blade of flame springing from his hand.

She couldn't see a damn thing because of all of the energy bursting around them... Ironically, all of the action was blinding to her. Dark's ears perk up at Sammy's voice. Using his nose he quickly scopes her out. "Yeah I'm here." He looks at the vines that have wrapped around Sammy. He grabs onto them and snaps each of them in two with a Fire Fang attack. "You okay?" He asks, sounding calm. He had no idea what was going on but seemed a bit anxious for a fight.

"I am fine," she said, although the fear showed obviously in her voice. She couldn't see a damn thing, and she really couldn't see due to the large amounts of energy. When a vine whipped at her ear, she quickly shocked it and it shriveled to the ground. "I believe we must find a way to destroy the demon without destroying the forest," she said rather calmly.

"So much for diplomacy," I sigh. "Looks like you want to play rough." In one motion, I release Vader from his pokeball and draw one of my swords. Crobat and I begin dicing up the vines with our various edged attacks.
