How does that look?
Its a general lay out for the techniques each village will have exclusively
Anything unlisted is considered universal =/
And then, Ill have to add Tojutsu later on

Its not like you cant learn them if youre not in that village
The point of doing this is so people have an incentive to move around from village to village
All youve gotta do is find out what village has the thing you wanna learn, go around the outskirts and into the villages, and then pick up a scroll or stay in the Dojo/Academy and learn it there xP
Whence Ive completely finished it'll make more sense. . .
Like, how you can pick up a scroll and learn it wherever
Or you can stay and learn in the Dojo/Academy and its takes like 1 or 2 less posts to learn
