So basically, I'm never going to see my package. neutral Lemme get this straight... They gave two separate companies the same tracking number for two different boxes, then lost one. When your father signed for things, the invoice showed only one box... I would first ask what they intend to do about this. If nothing, then I think you should call the company you got nothing from and raise a fuss with them. While you're at it, ask the UPS person you're speaking to for their name and contact number so that the company you bought stuff from in the first place can verify this bullshittery for themself. Nothing makes UPS sweat like the idea of pissing off a vendor. Then talk to the company and let them know what happened and ask what they intend to do about it.

But that is an all new level of stupid. confused I agree with Stream. Raise some serious hell.

3.14 I'm not really in the right state of mind to deal with anybody personally. My mother talked to UPS, and the two companies I ordered from. I need a nap. crying Blah. sad Nap and deal with it later, maybe, when you're feeling a bit better? It sounds like they may have crossed things around and recorded the numbers incorrectly somewhere in the delivery process... I had that happen with a couple of my packages once. Package A got delivered, Package B ended up in an entirely incorrect office. But they recorded Package B's number as delivered when I got Package A, and it was a huge mess trying to get them to believe that Package B really existed. confused Hopefully you'll be able to get things sorted out in the end.
