Fat Panda. Lena let her lips linger against Shinji's for a moment before pulling away, she smiled up at him as she spoke "Indeed... I've only just got you back, I'd like to have some time alone with you before worrying about how I'm going to deal with Mikey..."

"It'd be nice, but it's more than unlikely....." Lena coughed a laugh "It won't be that bad though, I don't think..." She said, shaking her head "He's pissed... but he'll get over it, or I'll make him get over...." she said with a bit of a smirk. "It's what I want, and he's just going to have to accept that..."

Shinji had to press his lips together as his mind processed Lena's words. He wanted to blurt out another offering of love, but he knew he couldn't push her. Or shouldn't, rather - Even if they did still seem to have a strong connection that so easily allowed them to come together again. He brought his fingers to her cheek, a gentle brush of his thumb over her cheek before his fingers ran through her hair. "I hope that he can accept it easily..quickly." he finally offered.

Lena smiled at his touch, shifting to give him a quick kiss on the cheek before saying "I hope so too... because I'm happy, and that should be more important than his ridiculous grudge because of stupid things that happened in the past...."

"I'm so glad you've stayed as you were, Lena. You're still so sweet." He smiled and brushed a kiss to her forhead before pulling her closer to himself despite the uptempo song that played.

Shinji exhaled softly and let his eyes fall closed as he hugged Lena better against himself, the kiss deepened gently as he let the rest of the club fade from his mind, his focus purely on Lena now - Even more-so than it had been.

Lena brought her hands up to rest on his shoulders as she leaned her head into the kiss. She'd had no idea that she would even see Shinji tonight, let alone reconcile things with him; but she was more than happy with the way the evening had turned out.
