"Well the Wedding was supposed to happen over 3 months ago, then Wendel was turned into a dog again. Silly fairy. I don't know what to do with her. Besides you had no way of knowing. I completely understand."

Yoseph almost choked on his ale, a most painful experience, as he sputtered from what Sapphire had said. "Your...godfather is King Wendel?" he asked, his face slightly flushed.
((sorry....apparently bmage had called 30min ago, but mom had put my phone in my room and i didn't hear it))

Mira finishes the daiquiri, looking pleased. "That was delicious." She sighs then, mulling over what she said before. "I've found that it's difficult to recover from the horrible deaths we were discussing before, at least as far as the survivors are concerned. Those who die are hopefully protected by the One who protects wanderers, in peace may he travel - but those who survive have quite the burden to bear."

"Maybe that wasn't your happy ever after that you were seeing." Sapphire says in way of encouragement. Mira nods knowingly - if she knows anything, it's how to keep a secret. "It wasn't the fame that was making me happy then, though. There was a someone, who meant to me the world...the fame was a bonus of what I was then, not my goal, but a way to bring in the gold coins and to show that I was perfecting my craft."
