Feeling the familiar chill of the metal against his fingers, Lewis slowed his pace and lifted his arm high. "I CAUGHT THE SNITCH!" And that meant that mathematically, Ravenclaw won the season.... and Gryffindor finished dead last (again). The taller of the two quickly slung his arm around Seb's shoulders, giving the Gryffindor a hug. "Hey, Seb. You did really good today, okay? Don't forget that you beat me like two weeks ago." He felt the younger teen nuzzle against his side briefly (probably to wipe his eyes, something he'd dealt with before) while trying not to make an audible sound of pain. "I... I know. I just really wanted to win this one."
Lewis lovingly fluffed his hair, earning a more sincere smile. "Don't worry. We'll practice a ton this summer again, and next year, I have a feeling you'll be holding the cup." Another soft hug before Seb pulled away a bit. "Thanks Lewis. I'm real glad that if anyone won, it was you." The boys shared a small smile before going to land amongst their teams.

Csuri had both been excited for and worried about this game. The only good thing was that it was against Gryffindor, who hadn't exactly been difficult to beat these last couple years. Then again, Csuri knew he was just one of her challengers and they increased difficulty. Charlotte was on par with her, but the last game would take on the challenge. Thankfully, Abrams was graduating this year, and from what she heard, their reserves were all but depleted. She didn't wish difficulty... but maybe a little struggle.
As she walked out to the pitch, she tied back her messy curls, hoping a scrunchie could keep it held back. Today was just one battle, but this year, she was determined to win the proverbial war. She stepped into the greens, her broom floating idly at her side. It was going to be fine. Her team was hand picked for perfection and she wouldn't settle for less.

It was time. This year was well beyond their make-or-break point, and she was determined to make sure it was their year. At absolute worst, she'd fight to try and put fifteen goals up per game. Surely that was feasible. (It probably wasn't feasible) Her hair was braided into pigtails, tied up with sparkly red ribbons. Her new broom was in hand and she was prepared to win. She just had to hope that the rest of the team was equally as prepared to put up a fight.

Hesperia was excited for Quidditch to start up because it meant she would finally get to test her all the training that she had done over the summer. She would be facing off against Roxie and the Gryffindors so that would be a great test of her skills. So far only Csuri was here for the team yet, but everyone would be close behind her. Hes gave Csuri a confident smile and said, "We're going to crush this." She knew her best friend was a little bad at inspiring speeches, but that's what Hesperia was there for. She started her warm up routine so that she could crush the tossup.
