Not really surprised, I find the concept funny really.
Alex likes to play jokes when he's bored, so a lot of his attacks are both real attacks, and bluffs for a second attack.
And think about how extensive his powers can really be, this version is VERY toned downed compared to the original version.
He can use conductive metals to redirect electricity, magnets for EM fields to cause trouble with machines, if he were to mix minerals into the ice as it was formed he could use that to interfere with your powers on a small scale.
The one in my story has over a ten mile range and can last a lot longer, but then again he has to be stronger to go toe to toe with the soldiers of my story.

AriaofRevelations darkness is not evil. light is evil. http://ariaofrevelations.deviantart.com/art/Light-150119731 a work of mine...if i ever find my full essay on light i shall have to post it. i am well aware that dark and light are independant of good and evil. a fight would be interesting between seig and susan....she is completely immune to darkness, dark energy, and dark matter attacks. you could teleport and such...but you'd have to creatively pick your hits. but she has no offensive ability whatsoever... susan is leaving her room now...she reads powers, so i had to know what she felt. she also usually feels a bond to dark users...so i doubt she'll have a reason to fight him anyways. He draws power from both negative energy and normal darkness. She'd most likely just feel the energy stored up inside him, his excess sleep causes him to store large amounts of raw energy.

Gah. Im so freaking bored. LOL. Im having a really nice fight in a forums RP but its kind of slow in getting the response.But oh go im enjoying it. I always enjoy good fights.

i edited the quoted post...but it doesn't matter. she feels powers because it is her power to create and amplify powers. just as some dark users can feel with darkness, she can feel the powers themselves...she feels there nature and magnitude, but dwells only on nature.

His main source is Darkness, and only uses Negative energy as a backup, Both Positive and Negative energy have side effects for his family, Positive makes them cheery and go lucky, Negative makes them mean.

i was thinking of a reply. now i typed it... i see. so it would theoretically be a fistfight where you could teleport and susan is a physical fighting prodigy...until you got to a point where you were willing to go far enough to use dark energy...which would make you mean and thus more willing to use it...which would cause you to win...(and create really big explosions from the negative energy)
unless you won before then.

Nah, he'd almost never resort to using Negative energy during a fight, and even if he did he does have experience with dealing with Negative energy overloads. And he doesn't let his temper get the best of him during a fight, he had to learn that while dealing with his family. 10 to 1, light Vs dark, he's at a bit of a disadvantage.
Anyway, he'd more likely teleport in random objects at different angles, and loop a few portals so some of the objects could build up speed.
Edit: one thing to note, he doesn't like to fight, he only fights if he's been given no choice, and usually prefers to disappear into the darkness/shadows and leave.

In a normal match yes, he'd keep his distance and send in objects.
He's quite fond up bringing in large things that make a big mess, like lots of sand or water. But if you get up close to him he's most likely to create a psychic pulse out of reflex to get away. Although all it is is energy that's being released all at once.

Oh yeah. Its a game where you are a virus trying to escape from Humanity. During all this, you must keep your energy level up. You lose energy when youre not in a ship. Taking over a ship gives you weapons to fire at enemies and the bosses. Although, i never ever took over the shielded ship. I couldnt get into it. STUPID SHIELD
