She looked at him and nodded apologizing then headed back to the dojo to stay out of trouble.
((Now))
Mai was sitting on the couch now in the main dojo trying to figure out the truth in her head , and herself. She was so lost. She stared off while thinking and looked like she was in a trance, she felt horrible over the last few days, and she had barely gotten sleep other than when she was knocked out.

Iri's eyes open slowly. She's curled up on the couch, wings covering her small frame. Wait a minute... I'm on the couch? When did I get here?
The girl sits up and looks around. Her hair is messy, clothes are a little wrinkled, and the feathers of her wings are slightly disorganized. In other words, she looks like she's been sleeping for quite a while.
Giving a little shrug of her shoulders, Iri stands up and head out to the porch. A little bit of a tired sway marks her path.

Nyl rose and followed Iri outside.

Iri stops in midstride and turns around. Not having noticed Nyl before, she's a bit spooked. But she puts on a sheepish smile and gives Nyl an apologetic look. "Heheh, sorry about that. Family trouble."

~Sorry. Was a bit dizzy. Better now. ~ She pulls herself to her feet, washes her hands, and wipes her face.
She opens the door and counts her steps back to the main room. Bad little bottles. Make her not feel good. Pretty colors lie.

She leaned against the porch rail. This, too, was better than chasing stray thoughts around the mess of confusion in her head.
"I was wondering if you were ready to learn the next thing in kaze."

"Hmm..." Iri brings a hand up to run her fingers through her hair. It's a thoughtful habit. She shrugs and says, "I never performed a successful wind barrier. I think I know how to work it now, but I haven't put it into action yet. Should I finish that up before we move on? If it's not necessary, though, then I guess I'm ready."

Mai sat there for a little longer placing her hand where the curse mark was .

Getting up slowly, her feet slid across the wooden floor barely making any noise. She couldn't get any of it out of her mind no matter how hard she tried. She looked at the kitchen, but wasn't hungry, thing is she also hadn't eaten much lately either.

"Oh, okay. So I guess I need to make sure I've got the wind barrier down, right?" She turns and looks toward the forest. "Back to the clearing you had me at the other day?"

"I don't know if the clearing is enough motivation, anymore." Motioning for her to follow, Nyl stepped off the porch, walking out about ten yards. "So I want you to try it somewhere where control will be more necessary."
