Your referring to a type of razor wire that comes from a hallowed bracelet? Sort of I'm kind of thinking of Walter from Hellsing's monowire cept with magical properities. Kind of like fire would be a reddish wre, ice a bluish one, air blue and light blue, etc.

Runes? Now would that refer to tatooing, or perhaps using hand signs to form an attack and then make an effect. I dunno Avi wise mabe having a base with a hand held up and various runes with a sort of glowing affect that could float above the hand
:nods: I could have slight flecks of fire and ashe fly off the fire one, snowflakes that quickly melt into water droplets, and perhaps the wind one would make a little silver movement(Like the slashing of a sword would make).
As to the wheels, the name of that weapon is...as it says. ^_^;; I was thinking more of another type of ringed weapon, which name still eludes me.
I have done everything save for the rune on an animation. I need to recover it and I will show you the animation I did for someone. ^_^ It was a earth elemental attack, called Spire ^_^;; kinda had a phalax shape, which was the main comment of those who critiqued it.
I still need to make her hair move, then I will add it to meh collection of examples.
