The More she tried to think the more pounding her headache was doing. her eyes scanned about helplessly trying to figure out where she was and nothing would seems familiar. After a few mintues she pushed herself up using the tree as support and glanced about, comteplating what direction should she go.
heading west from her location she only took a few steps before turing around and headed east. With a sigh she stopped and took a few steps North, glancing about confused. how did she get here and where was she? this wasnt her home lands nor the countryies she knew. this place was different and quiet.
With a heavy sigha nd pounding headache she headed north, in hopes to find something or someone?

Griffin and Bell are having an outing, a picnic in the forest, obviously Bell’s idea. She personally thought her brother was a little too stressed lately for his own good and decided a picnic would be the perfect remedy. Griffin on the other hand did not seem enthusiastic at the idea and rather trudged along with her. They were both dressed in casual clothes, which might look strange given they rarely chose that sort of attire. Griffin wore a dark purple button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and jet black shorts and sandals. Bell was even more casual in jean shorts and a black t-shirt. They found a suitable clearing and Bell spread everything out while Griffin sat down closed his eyes and nibbled on whatever she passed him. Bell knew Griffin was a stranger to doing things for fun but she could feel him relaxing for once.

Speeding recklessly through the forest was Draeken, smashing aside branches, trees, and foliage without seeming to notice. A small wake of destruction lay on the trail behind him. He hadn't returned to the Mansion in some time, nor anywhere else around these lands. No where has he gone that would remind him of the things he has lost. Of the person he lost. It burned him up inside, but he would never admit it. He could not trust anyone except for a small few for the time being.

The forest that surrounds the Black Company is immense in size, stretching on for miles in nearly every direction. It stops just short of the ruins of a town to the east and at the base of a perilous mountain range far to the north. The forest is mainly deciduous, turning the most beautiful reds, oranges and yellows in the autumn, with a few conifers sprinkled in for good measure. One glance was enough to tell someone that there was something...special about this forest. For you see, surrounding this forest was a feeling. It wasn't a feeling one got on a sunny day when nice wheather was abundunt nor was it a feeling one got while lying next to the person they care for most in this world. No. The feeling that surrounded this forest was one of dismay and anguish. Terrible things had happened here. Still happened here when the occasion permits it.
At the edge of this forest, with the ominous feeling that clung to the air like a terrible odor, stood a man. He was a most unobtrusive man. He stood only slightly taller than the average male at 6 feet although he was quite muscular, a sign that he kept in shape. His clothes were exactly the same, very plain in both look and make. He wore a simple black, long sleeve shirt that went well with the light blue jeans he wore and the simple black boots that sprung up from beneath the jeans. His shirt sleeves were rolled up revealing an olive skin tone and powerful arms. The only peculiar thing that could be said about the man was that his hair was the deepest shade of black that anyone who saw it could recall. And that his eyes were of the deepest gray; they were such a deep gray that no storm, no matter how violent or terrible, had gotten to that exact shade. They almost looked black except for the small light behind them that seemed to keep them that shade of gray. But other than his eyes or his hair he looked completely normal. Almost too normal.
You see he was familiar with the landscape. He knew who resided in this forest; who lived around the surrounding area and even who lived above the forest before him. Powerful beings all. And not only did he know of their power but he had experianced it long ago and the power these individuals wielded would have scared any normal man. But this was not a normal man. He looked unobtrusive, this was so, but he was more like these people who live in this place than any other vagabond who ever wandered the countryside. Or so it had been. For you see the man who stood on the edge of the forest was none other than Irvine Gray. And he was home.
Irvine stood in the center of a worn and beaten pathway into the forest. He stood there gazing up at the forest before him, memories flooding his mind. So many memories. Most of them bad. He shook his head and closed his eyes, giving a deep sigh as he did. When he opened his eyes he began to walk down the worn pathway. Putting his hands in his pockets and whistling an old tune he'd heard as boy growing up with knights, he made his way into the forest. He knew the path well. He knew where it would take him. And armed with this knowledge he began his slow and steady march back to the Black Company.

He'd been following her for days, she knew it. . . she'd known it the moment he had started. She'd catch a glimpse of him every once in awhile, from over her shoulder. He followed in the trees, they'd sent someone professional, she had trouble following all his movements, luckily Makoto was there to lend her another pair of eyes. Something was off though.
Why hadn't he attempted a capture? His movements were too skilled to be there to simply keep an eye on her.
A patch of leaves drifted in a slightly altered shift of the wind, she almost smiled. He was very good, she ran a hand through Makoto's fur as he began to growl, calming him, before continuing her trek, making little attempt to be silent, there was no reason to be so. She was fairly certain that if she was attacked by something other than her would be pursuer, he would probably kill it for her, then be weak enough to answer some of her questions.

Krono descended silently into the forest. He landed on the ground on one knee. He was lost in thought as his wings retracted into his back once more, thinking about what his immediate future was, just what exactly he planned to achieve here. He was going to use this place as a base of sorts, to train. He figured that he would be safe here for a while. Safe from any forces that heaven or hell may have sent out to try and destroy him.
He smirked to himself and closed his as he stood up slowly. Yes, he would train here and launch a solo mission against heaven. That was his main target, he wasn't too concerned with hell. He had no issue with them, they had issue with him...but that didn't matter. He would make sure they would pay for casting him aside after all that he had done. There was nothing tieing him down and he was in peak condition for a strike, but he knew there were still abilities within him that were just waiting to be unlocked.
But that wasn't until later. He had something to take care of prsently, a food shortage. Elergy needed it badly and he did feel badly for the poor fellow. He may want revenge on the legions of heaven, but he wasn't an evil individual. He was neautral most of the time, he fought for what he believed in. He heard a rustle not far from where he was. Opening his eyes, a portal opened up beneath him and he fell through rather quickly. Another opened up beside a nearby deer and he was thrust out of it, Katana drawn. He slashed fiercly causing the head to fly through the air and roll along the ground, crimson blood spilling as it went. The body dropped lifeless into anothe rportal that opened up underneath it. All portal closed, Krono smirked and sheathed his katana again.
Before the day was out he would make sure they would have plenty of fresh meat.

" Waste of TIme building a body for a worthless minion...." She ranted as she walked through the forest. She shoved plants and branches out of her way as she made her way to a small clearing by the river. She left her temple to clear her mind as she thought of a way to build her own Toy, one that wouldnt use her kindness. She Picked up a Rock and hurled it far into the river, as she placed her hands on her hips, resting at the rim of her black shorts.

As she stepped from the shadows with her lover she turned, her gaze watching him with worried eyes.
"What's wrong?" She asked, she had felt his skin crawl per-say. She knew he had done experiments on himself, to which she wasn't a fan. She didn't think it was healthy, and as a doctor she didn't like anything that wasn't deemed healthy. As a lover she didn't like anything that had the ability to hurt him. She wouldn't start moving untill he gave her a proper answer either, she was stubborn as hell and he knew that.

He was caught off guard by her sudden stop, stopping as well before letting a frown play on his lips. Her watchful gaze and prodding questions let him know she wouldn't give up unless he told her what she wanted to know. "Oh for fu... it's nothing much. I found ways to tinker with my basic genetic and supernatural make up to allow me to harness my 'mist' in ways I never thought possible. It's just going to make it a little hard to defend myself or try and use said abilities untill the healing process has ended. See, nothing to worry about." Xol smiled and kissed her on the forehead before moving to her side and clasping her hand into his own.
"Now, let's walk and enjoy the scenery for a little while shall we..." He hoped that had been the end of it. While worrying even to him, the speed in which it would take to fully recover, it still did not render him completely useless. If worse came to worst he had a few aces up his sleeve to compensate any actions towards Phia or himself on this lovely day.

" Fetch! " With a Slight wave with her gauntlet hand she Flung A decently Sized piece of Iron Across the Clearing. it was no more then the size of a normal chair. Dashing past her after the iron was A Massive Black Dane. Paws bigger then a Human hand, clashing into the ground, as it Ran at a speed of 80mph, in a playful state.
With Toy in Mouth, you can see it wasnt a Normal Dog, as it had been altered and created By her. it had a mechanical chest, Parts of the legs, and Part of its face. its Jawline was pure steel, and altered to act like a Sharks Jaw, being able to extend and shed teeth, for when biting it doesnt get locked.
Muscle and Skin with fur, as growing to cover up the steel within the dog, but seeing how Sai needed a break from her -pets- in the lab, a tech was in charge, and found himself eaten for not doing the job right. Sai can only wait to see if the skin is capable on growing with the machinery.
As the dog dropped the Toy at her feet, and patted his head with a Smile. " good boy....now Sit.." Without hesitation the dog sat. Taking a few steps back, She brought her hand up in front of her, Whirling and humming calmly A small shield covered her. " X0029....Bark"
the dog's eyes shifted to a blue color, and without a second thought A soft rumbling within the dog, as it took it a bit to gather the energy. Opening his Mouth came out a Loud Bark with a Sonic Wave of Light Energy, that Shot out at Sai, taking out a radius of 5 feet around her. She Sighed. Apparently she has to work on a quicker way for the dog to gather energy to make it Instant.

Phia pursed her bottom lip as she looked him over once again. Nothing to worry about her foot, this was Phia after all, she always worried. She wasn't particularly fond of him experimenting on himself but Xol was a scientist and liked to tinker at heart. Still she could always hope that the object of his tests were something other than him. She stayed still for a few moments longer before sighing and continuing to walk in silent worry, she was attempting to push it to the back of her mind but it was proving difficult for her, she loved him so damn much.
"Yes...enjoy it..." She said absentmindedly and looked up to him, smiling before adjusting her glasses which had the annoying habit of slipping down her nose at the most inconvenient of times.

Grumbling, as the sound of metal was being tossed around, and sparks of energy, flashed stupid Dog was apparently more difficult to perfect then a Human being. She Knelt before the dog as it was on its back and its chest spread open. The head of the dog laid on her lap as she worked into its vocal cords for the energy to travel. " Stupid Wires and connections...Cant even make the damn thing Bark Instan....." the dog heard the word bark, Shifted cores, as it Shocked Sai as her hand was within the cores, and blasted the Wave at her. She was Sent tumbling back in a series of tumbles before she laid Flat on her belly. She growled as she lifted her head up from the ground and spit out pieces of grass.

Xol looked to Phia and could see the concern etched on her lovely face. "Phia... Hun, worry not every if I was only 10% of my former self I could still put a hurting on anyone who dared to try and triffle with us." He knew that it wouldn't comfort her much, but at this point in time it was the best he could do. Something else was drawing his attention at the moment though... The stench on Sairys was in the forest as well as a sudden pulse on light energy. He would keep his wits about him and strive to stay as far as possible from the seductive whench.

Phia sighed.
"I know but....ye know me..." She said with a soft tone. "I know we'd be ok...but still..." She repeated herself. She paused and turned her head a fraction of an inch. She heard the noise, displeasure took over her features now, she knew who else was here now. Well as long as the pair didn't interact with the woman than no harm done right? So she hoped. Phia feared little in this world and no being was part of her fears, but that wasn't to say she would run right up to people she liked. Phia wasn't in the mood for that. She just wanted to enjoy her time with her lover.

Lost in her own world, She felt secluded in her little clearing with her Toy dog. She had too much time on her hands as She has hundreds of minions working for her back at the temple, leaving the place as a lazy place to relax. The Dog was in pieces around her as she worked on its energy core. Her gauntlet hand Humming and sparking energy into the core as she rewired, and fixed the core so that the Light energy can stay suspended in its Core, and will be able to react faster, and regenerate much faster then the 5 sec delay it had previously. She paused for a moment as her eyes glistened, Something didnt feel right in the forest, that familiar scent. She Sighed as she turned back into her Dog. She wasnt in the mood to fight or cause problems. As long as she remains in her own clearing then nothing is to worry about besides, Sai knows she wont make the first move, but sure would fight back if threatened.
