I'll formulate my OWN theories, thank you. I believe he is Innocent, and the someone else has tried to destroy Gambino by way of framing Ian.

Because that's not what they said in the announcement about the trail since so many people speculated that there was fixed ending no matter which the vote went. If there is anything that's fixed- it's the actual voting itself. I mean for like a long time innocent was stuck at 83%, it's now moved up to around 82 and 84% . . . I mean if they were going to have a fixed ending- that would be the way to go.

*nods* Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean Ian wouldn't eventually be proven innocent....he'd just have to do some time first. ^_^

Ian's too cool to be voted off. If we could vote off another NPC(excluding Liam) I would vote Moira... I just don't like her.

I would vote Agatha . . . because unlike all the other NPCs . . . she's never partaked in ANYTHING. She just sits there and runs the jewerly shops. All the other NPCs at least in one way or another partipate in the story updates. Venessa is also another who just mindlessly runs a shop- and gets mentioned by Edmond and his man cravings.

It's simply easier that way. 3nodding I think the guy that we've all been speculating about and have no idea who he is will show up sooner if Ian was voted guilty so that people would start to blame him instead. Then something would happen to prove his innocence. If he's voted innocent then everyone will be like "Who did it?" until the guy eventually shows up. Either way I don't think Ian will be doing hard time.
