Caleb didn't need to be told twice about the stronger currents out in the ocean. He sat back in his seat as they moved through the river. The feeling of relief as the river's mouth came into view, just died instantly as the somewhat large pokemon waiting for them came into view.

"What the heck is tha-oh..." Caleb muttered. What was a Kyogre exactly? He couldn't say he knew about that pokemon. It was definitely not a native Kalos pokemon. If his book wasn't in his bag across the room, he'd be grabbing that at the moment. Any sudden movements of getting up for the book might upset it. Taking a picture of it? With the camera flash? That would definitely piss it off. Maybe the submarine had a camera that could record it. It was definitely something he'd like to ask his grandfather about. In the meantime, Caleb sat pressed up against the back of his seat.

Caleb heard the comment from Rose. A Hoenn legendary. That would explain a lot. It was a long way from home. A picture or video of it would still be nice. He hadn't been able to capture any photographic evidence of Xerneas, Yvetal or Zekrom. It'd be nice to get a shot of at least Kyogre. Caleb didn't dare make any sudden movements to do so yet. At least until they figured out what it wanted.

After what felt like forever, Kyogre moved aside to let them pass. Maddy took control of the submarine and they slowly slipped past the Legendary Pokémon. Kyogre was truly massive, about three times the size of the submarine.
As Maddy watched the Pokémon, she could've swore it met eyes with her for a brief moment. Once they were completely out of the river and out into the open ocean, Kyogre began to follow them.
"I haven't seen Kyogre since we left for Kalos." Maddy said. "It created an ocean current for us to travel that hastened the journey. I'm... surprised it trusts us, but I guess it can tell the difference between Archie's team Aqua and my-- our Team Aqua."
She sat back and relaxed in her seat once more. If Kyogre wanted to follow them, it was free to. She knew that if it planned on harming them, it could've easily done that by now.
"I guess we won't worry about it too mu--"
Kyogre's eye appeared at the porthole next to her. It was swimming next to the sub, getting all up-close and personal. She felt a bead of sweat roll down the side of her face.
"Wh-What do you want?" She muttered, quietly. "What do you want?" She said once more, a little louder.
Kyogre blinked and swam off. The submarine suddenly began to travel a little faster.
Maddy just stared out the porthole at the inky dark depths of the ocean, breathing heavily. "Wh-What..."

When they started to speed up, Rose returned Carbink to its Pokeball and then put on a seat belt "Boss, do you think Kyogre knows where we want to go and it is about to...uhhh...make us get there a lot faster?" Rose asked

Caleb heard a clicking sound behind them from Rose and her TADS. He wasn't letting this opportunity slip away like the others either. Carefully he pulled out his TADS and took a quick picture of it before it moved to the side. While Maddy mentioned seeing Kyogre before, Caleb wondered how many legendaries Team Aqua had seen before. He'd have to ask around if they had any other records of the legendaries. Perhaps he'd be able to see footage of the legendaries he had missed out on capturing after all.

"Well at least it trusts us...and hasn't attempted to smash up submarine..." he said quietly. Good thing it seemed to be on their side. He jumped as it suddenly appeared beside the sub again. He let out a whistle when it swam away. "Team Aqua sure seems to have unique friends...." he muttered.

After sitting back down again and finally relaxing, Maddy started to feel really bored after a little while. The submarine was travelling much faster and they were making good time, but there was nothing to do. She glanced back at the crew. She was starting to wonder if anyone had brought a pack of cards...
She then sighed. "Well, I'm down for a small break."
She pressed a button on the submarine's console and they surfaced, the door flying open and allowing in some cool, fresh air.
Maddy took a pack of smokes out of her jacket and climbed out onto the hull of the submarine, lighting up a smoke. It was nice to stretch her legs after sitting down for so long. She then lay down and looked up at the sky, smoke in her mouth. It was night-time now, with the moon and every star twinkling in the sky high above them. The ocean water reflected the beautiful sight, almost making it seem as if they were drifting in space.
The current created by Kyogre continued to pull them towards their destination, but much slower since they were surfaced.

Jake grits his teeth and tenses his body. He was twitching a bit but still asleep.
The shadow behind his body was darker than it should be and the occasional almost silent snicker could be heard from behind him.

"The closet. It's where I keep the donut conveyor belt." Colton answered Caleb as he ate a jelly filled donut.There were several places on the sub that Colton had "upgraded" to make long trips on subs better. "There's an oven that can make cookies in the restroom if you know the secret melody to play into the mirror."
