Ravenclaw’s beaters were intense, but Pàddy thrived on excitement. The bludger was hit at his fellow beater Adi and Pàd wasn't going to let it by without a shot at sending it back to sender. He swung, hoping to defend his friend and send it back at Yarrick.

Aw dang it. The bludger was deflected by Yarrick, and it now seemed to be headed right for him. Pàd tried to block, but it didn't work. Dang. Adelai thought fast, trying to defend before the bludger could make contact.

There it was!! Seb urged his broom for speed, needing to catch up to (and maybe get past) Lewis, who was already closer. Then again, Lewis also had a whole 6 inches or more in his long arms than Seb did. Curse him being so dang tall!
