Now I'm a Die-hard Halo fan to the core. But, I have to say, this new story about Reach looks AMAZING. But it just looks like to some Halo fans that Bungie is milking the series. I mean, I know they're not, because I've READ the books, and its just part of the story. But to those meatheads who are like "lulz i pwn n00bs at h4l0" they're not going to buy the game only because they seem to think that it is another attempt for money.
Like pokemon, or Sonic the ******** hedgehog who is cool as ******** BUT JUST WONT DIE! >.<
Again, I LOVE HALO. But I was just sharing my opinion.

So any notice that are the start of the video if the first mission for the gameplay they showed at E3, you see there faces through the visors? Just before they launch.

Yep! It's beast like that. The only face you don't see is your main character's, the Rookie's face.

The faces of the characters are based on the appearances of the actors and actresses who portrayed them. For Buck, Dutch, and Mikey, those would be Nathan Fillion, Adam Baldwin, and Alan Tudyk best known for Firefly and Serenity. DARE, the ONI captain and the leader of the ODST squad is played by Tricia Helfer who is probably most recognizable to the sci-fi crowd as Number Six from the modern sci-fi channel's re-envisioning of Battlestar Galactica.

I have to say, I was kinda pissed off when I saw we still have what are basically shields in ODST (stamina), And we can still punch out quarter ton gorilla's.
I'm glad we have the return of the static healthbar though, something to make you think twice about going rambo. Also, FINALLY BUNGIE! IT ONLY TOOK YOU 8 YEARS OF FANS BEGGING FOR BOTS! but firefight does look awesome so I forgive you.
So do you guys think we will run into any allies as the rookie? I somehow doubt it, between the atmosphere the rookie runs through, and the open world environment not being conducive to the team AI's functions (If you haven't lost marines to getting stuck on waist high fences in halo 3 you are either lying or VERY lucky).

I got the Iron Maiden from the prom event and messed around a bit... then got the ultimately perverted avatar as a result. Had it like that for a while, though... so I got bored of it. >.>

Hay hay. I'z new as well, and also the creator of UTCON, the affiliate. Which could always use more members.
Anyway! I am a FEMALE, have quite a potty mouth, and interestingly enough, am terrible at Halo 3.
