Yeah, he can be reported, but he can just as easily make a new account and pull more BS. The Lindens ( name for admins ) aren't the most reliable with dealing with things.
We can do better though. Both my partner and myself can setup a security system that boots him outta the lab land the very instant he comes into it.
There's an access barrier that covers the ground up to the clouds. However, that's for the normal " ban list " stuff, and the lab is beyond the clouds, so that's higher than the access barrier.
So, we could setup a security object that detects people within X far of itself, and if they're not in the same group, it'll issue a warning, and if they don't leave within X long, it'll auto-boot them.

SL is a virtual world. You can create things, assuming you know how.
I personally built the lab the MSU uses. The Chaos Reactor, Chaos Radar, and Chaos Fireworks Launcher are a series that currently remain my masterpiece creations, combining building and scripting in detail.

I dunno. I doubt it, but I never found out how to make a custom last name.
I strongly suggest watching the video tutorials by Torley Linden. Very helpful for people that dunno how SL works.

Also when you drink grape Kool-Aid.
I was drinking Kool-Aid for a while when I was originally being treated for my Crohn's. I was still " going " so much my a** was raw, so every now and then I'd bleed a bit, making me crap Christmas colors.
It wasn't pretty.
