Gavic Camwen JoeEuphonium Camwen I'm heading into Portland this morning to do the 5K Susan G Korman Race for the Cure. Wish me luck! Good Luck Cam! *huggles* You can do it! It went really well. I think they counted around 40,000 participants! We were really impressed with how well organized it was. @Joe and Lamb - I'm so glad when men can admit they can be moody! My husband is a lot more moody than I am. rofl He totally owns up to it too. When my wife has her periods she just gets down and likes to hugs alot more and gets meat cravings (food). I'm the one who gets moody at those times. It is kinda weird. Hehe, you felt the need to clarify meat. rofl

Yeah I think I kinda pick up PMS from females around me. The only ones right now though are the girls at work. I'm the only guy and there are ten girls. However who knows really, I think I was just being really emotional lately. I am feeling much better today though. Thanks for letting me kinda dump on you guys. *huggles*
Oh and cam what did you place?

Place? rofl Well considering I'm not a very fast runner and there were thousands of people.. and the one I did was untimed (there were several events; timed 5k run, untimed 5k run, 1 mile walk, and 5k walk) placing wasn't really an issue. I tried to keep track myself of how long it took (bearing in mind that my group of friends didn't even cross the start line until around 5 mins after the race began). I estimated it took about 35 mins from starting line to the finish line. Nothing to brag about but I'm still proud to have participated in a good cause.

He's actually the serious runner of the family. He's done marathons, half marathons, tons of 5 and 10ks. He participated in the Hood to Coast just recently (it's a relay that starts at the base of Mt. Hood and goes all the way to the beach). I'm just happy I accomplished 3miles before keeling over. lol

i heart pie! I'll take a slice of that apple pie with some coffee purrty please ^.^ .
I have never met a serious runner until I went out there to the west coast cam. I mean I ran in the Marines, but I hated it lol and still do really. But I never met people who liked or loved doing it before hehehe. That's pretty cool that your hubby likes to run.I think after looking at myself in the mirror lately, that I am not going to have any choice and am going to have to start running again myself.
