jedimastersonic how can he not teach the ones he kows? he has an rpc that knows jutsu, how is not possible to teach them? Part of a contract when learning them.

He didn't know any jutsu to start with anyway. He couldn't have learned them. He created the character, then ran before I could even do anything.
edit: and he is still an academy student. That is unless he moved to a new village. I never got him to genin.

yeah, but techniquely, now he's rogue, he doesn't need to folow that contract caues your hunting him down anyway, so it'd not like it could get worse for him passed your trying to kill him

How could he teach grass jutsu though? He doesn't know any and can't know any since he ran off without learning any. He literally created the character and in the course of a few minutes of making it, went to the academy, got beckoned out of the place, and left.

Teddy shouldn't be able to join Cloud because Cloud is an ally of Grass. This means that Teddy would be an enemy of Grass and Cloud due to Him being a missing nin to Grass. How do you know Chidori Teddy?
