Gilgamesh chuckled as a sword bounced harmlessly off his armour before cutting off the swordsman's arm. "You can't get armour like this, it's custom made for my arms and physique" he said bashing a soldier away with excalipoor before cutting 3 in half with Zantetsuken. "Maybe if you had copious amounts of orihalcum or adamatite you'd find a smith skilled enough to make you a suit like mine but I really don't think armour suits you," he said almost glancing at her chest though it was impossible to tell in the armour "I-I mean you ninja's need to be silent and swift right? This armour is heavy and clanky, not good for stealth" he said.

Itaka laughed not noticing the odd look Seph gave him "Yeah see what it's like living the happy normal life for once," he said clashing blades with a large Agralian before pushing him back and slicing through his shins. "Settle down a bit with the right person it probably wouldn't be boring plus you don't get people trying to kill you all the time" he said stepping back dodging an arcing slash from the groaning Agralian.

Zadina nodded casting blizzaga on a soldier that had taken aim at them creating a perfect ice statue of him. "They are standing close but I get the feeling they are strong ones" he said frowning as a firaja spell flew from the group of mages towards them while a large fiery beast known as Ifrit appeared beside them towering up into the trees roaring angrily.

Mari frowned "You only met her when you were 18? Thats not THAT young you know" she said slicing diagonally breaking a soldier's armour before reversing her strike opening the man's chest. "Still why won't you take a role in Amane's life rather than let your mum do it?" she asked

Jenna smiled as Boco smashed a man's face with his beak "Well we did get into a brawl or two in the old days besides you've improved a lot since then" she praised cutting a horseman down from his horse.

Oassu smiled "You think? Well your a proud chocobo knight now, so your much better too now" he said flipping onto the back of Boco and throwing flaming Kunai into the throats of nearby soldiers.

Felina frowned at the sight of Ifrit but hid her face so that Zadina wouldn't see. "We will just have to find a way to take them down. I'm sure it will all work out fine and the big monster wont be of use if he can push him off" she reassured her cousin quickly forming a barrier in front of him to block another firaja attack.

Hayate grinned as the mage who had been sitting on the branch below him formed a barrier in front of the two of them. "Mages attack other mages, soldiers attack other soldiers" he commanded double casting fira and thundara onto the same enemy black mage.

Satoshi sighed glancing down at her chest for a brief moment. "I guess your right, it would be hard to make a suit of amor that would fit me anyway. Still you do know ninjas have the highest number of injuries in battle on my home continent" she told him forming a small tidal wave which crashed into the nearest soldiers.

Seph nodded opening a portal directly in front of her so that the rock would make it's way straight through it and out the battle field. "Problem? I don't see no problem" she smirked as her portal closed before going back to crossing swords with her enemies. "Alpha once told me something similar about being a parent" she added kicking a soldier in the stomach.

Hebal shook her head at Mari releasing an icy breath at some of the other soldiers freezing them upon contact. "I dunno Kimino I think is ok in a fight but Neliel isn't really the one I am afraid of, theres much worse. Besides on a brighter side it means you get to spend a little more time with me" she answered trying to be more cheerful as she smashed through the new ice sculptures.

Alpha swore under his breath then pulled Oassu away from Jenna as one of the smaller molten rocks bounced towards then "Fire won't do much good but you can do more than a few fire jutsus" he muttered to him tossing a soldier into the path of another rock.

Itaka laughed watching the portal fizzle away "You've certainly gotten the hang of those powers of yours" he said as his blade transformed into it's Titan blade form and swathed through his opponents. "Still Alpha ended up back here fighting so just because you settle down don't mean you don't get any fun" he smirked finishing off a golem that had appeared.

Zadina frowned He's the commander shouldn't he be making the calls? he thought as a rock smashed on the barrier "I'm not sure what we should do about this Felina, even with reinforcements we can't get through the barrier.

Gilgamesh frowned "In protecting you I can still kill plenty" he said slamming his helmet into a soldier's face breaking his skull before spiraling and slicing the surrounding soldiers. "I generally haven't had to protect anyone other than Enkidu before" he said stunning a soldier with a blow before Enkidu finished him off.

Barbaros landed shakely in the tree after firing himself into the air "Yo man what's the battleplan?" he asked Hayate.

Mari frowned resisting the temptation to glomp Hebal instead jumping and slicing through a dragoon that had jumped with Hebal in mind as it's target before it landed. "But you also have us to protect you now so don't worry" she giggled "It's great having you around I ain't letting you go anytime soon" she said carving a love heart in a soldier's body before the solder dropped dead.

Jenna grunted as more armoured troops appeared "I don't think I can carry you all the way Oassu, it's heavier on Boco I don't think we could pass through unscathed" she said parrying an enemy allowing Boco to impale him on his talons.

Oassu frowned "We'll just need to cut a path and take an opening then" he said vaulting a soldier pushing out a knife in front and behind him stabbing both soldiers before jumping back into position.

Felina hesitated before jumping down from the branch to pick up Zadina. "Right we'll go up to the temple and get some reinforcements" she decided saluting Hayate. "Hey Alpha you're coming with us to the top of the hill" she commanded jumping down onto the slope. "You'll get to check up on Corella now" she whispered to her cousin.

Hayate snickered slightly amused by Felina's action before turning back to Barbaros. "We should be trying to force the soldiers off the edge but since your in the air a lot you can help me try and work out which one of those Agralian white mages is the one who summoned Ifrit" he instructed.

Satoshi raised her eyebrow moving out the way so Enkidu could get past. "Really? Haven't you ever done a rescue the fair maiden type adventure before? Meh you don't have to protect me, I'm a big ninja now" she laughed thrusting her kunai into a soldier.

Seph laughed poking Itaka on the nose before basting haste upon herself. She the whizzed past him slicing through half a row of soldiers before they even knew what had hit them "I think the reason I slept so well last night was mainly to do with the fact I only had about 2 hours sleep the night before. Spent most of it training with the help of Alpha" she explained zooming back to his side.

Alpha scratched his head whacking soldiers out his way as he followed Felina to the bottom of the slope leading up to the temple. "I'm coming with you to do what? Are you going to at least explain to me where we're going?" he quizzed looking around for the steps.

Hebal giggled tripping up a female opponant before releasing a small grey breath at her causing her to be completely turned to stone. "Hehe I wish they were. Most of them are boring and atisocial when it comes to outsiders. They also think I am too disruptive and silly" she complained rubbing her ear.

Zadina scratched his chin "Well we could simply cast quake causing a fissure which would destroy that part of the island and drop them to the ground" he said struggling a little "I think I can walk you know." he told her.

Itaka smiled patting Seph on the shoulder "What does Alpha know about your powers that he could help with?" he asked turning and kneeing a soldier in the stomach before punting him into the throng of enemies where he was impaled on a spiky helmet.

Mari frowned slicing through the stone statue before hugging Hebal stroking her ear a little "Aww well they are all boring dumb poopieheads, the world needs more people like you" she chirped slicing an enemy twice briefly as lightning cracked the air.

Barbaros grinned "Don't worry man, I promise you this shot is gonna change this battle bigga time ya?" he laughed jumping down from the tree rocking the ground as he landed.

Gilgamesh nodded "Though generally for extra money I take care of the dragon first or to save time just knock the girl out and tie her to Enkidu so she doesn't whine on the way back" he chuckled sticking 4 swords in a man and slicing outwards diagonally ripping him apart.

Jenna laughed heartily as she cut another soldier's head from its place "Relax Oassu I'm just asking, I'm happy for you" she said smirking "Just making sure your certain she's the one thats all" she said as Boco clawed another soldier.

Oassu frowned "What are you getting at?" he asked while snapping a soldiers neck swiftly a little distracted by Jenna's questions and was slashed across the thigh by a soldier before Jenna crushed the soldier with her lance.
