"Tantrum?" Night asked, her voice sounding just a little too night, "No, child. This is not tantrum. A tantrum would be me causing that glass of water to explode over your head. Or setting your hair on fire. No, this is simply me making sure you know who's in charge around here."

Heine only sighed, shaking her head before turning to the furry female.
"If I'm a child then, surely, that must make you one ~/~ of an old ~/~ hag." She shrugged before continuing, "But fine, whatever, if you've got a hard on for being in charge then, by all means, go order some little ~/~ around." This was really getting old, and fast. "You stay outta my way and I'll stay the ~/~ out of yours." Simple, really.

"You've got a lot to learn about Ninetales, kid," Night said, rising from her seat, "Like how pissing on off may just be the last thing you ever do." Turning her back to Heine, Night started towards the door that would lead her outside, "Regardless, do what you wish with my meal. I'm afraid the stench of rotting fish coming from between your legs has caused me to lose my appetite."

Then, without another word, the fox disappeared deep into the forest. She definitely needed some time to calm herself before dealing with that damn Koffing again.

Chaos couldn't help but smirk at the taunts being tossed between the two, but kept it to himself, finishing the food and taking his to the main lobby to relax. Heine was entertaining, if nothing else.

Feeling quite more normal now, Heine simply blinked at the space where the furry femme had been before shrugging, taking her portion and adding it to her plate.

"More for me." She said simply, walking into the main lobby, not bothering with her shirt that was sitting on the counter she had been sitting on and seeking out Chaos. Maybe she could tease him into another round or two ...

Tristen's eyes went wide, then brought his arms up, bracing for impact, shielding his face. This was probably going to hurt. If anything, it was blatantly obvious that he was not taught counter tactics yet.
Tails didn't stop. He tackled Tristen wholly, leaving his feet even. The only reason he started like this was because there was mud.

He couldn't imagine having done this in the training room.

"OOMPH!" Tackled he was and into the mud he went, followed by a resounding splat. Already things were starting rough...and it kind of hurt for that matter. He then went up to kick, trying to throw Tails off of him. Anything to get back on his feet before he gets submerged in the mud as far as he was concerned.

Tails did not get out of the way in time, but used the kick's momentum to roll off Tristen and back onto his feet. He rubbed his gut where Tristen had kicked him, but did not wait before he breathed a swirling jet of fire at him. It wasn't hot enough to burn through the mud.

Instead it was just hot enough to harden it if he wasn't quick to roll away.

Tristen fought his way back up, fighting the suction of the mud, and was trying to move forward to get distance from Tails, but ended up getting stuck once again when he got back upright, finding the mud hardened from Tails's heat. "Uh oh..." He said. He needed time to get out of this. He winced hard, then unleashed his Flash attack.

Riolu and Gardevoir, who was watching close by though...

"VOIR!"

"RA LA!!!"

That...wasn't kosher.

"Aaah, not again!" said Tails, who covered his eyes and dropped to all fours to flee. Nothing but a dull purple fog of blindness...and his eyes stung as well. He changed direction when he felt hard ground and when he thought he was a sufficient distance away, he dropped face down in the mud and rubbed his face in it.

It was, at least, soothing against his eyelids.

While Tails was preoccupied in trying to see again, Tristen fought in the hardened mud, trying to make every precious second count. The mud started to break and Tristen managed to pull himself out. Now he had to capitalize. Tristen rushed for Tails, as made apparent by the squishing noises, getting closer and closer to the fox kid. He really didn't want to really extensively hurt Tails, but they both agreed, and Tails already showed that he wasn't going to hold back in this.

Tristen's body crackled with electricity then went to tackle Tails. He wasn't sure how much Tails recovered, so he had to make it count. A Spark attack was well on its way to the fox.

The problem with mud was it also dampened one's hearing when he's face down in it. Tristen flattened Tails in the mud, but that wasn't what hurt -- a burning jolt ran up and down his spine. For a moment, he couldn't feel the strength to buck Tristen off him, though he tried.

He twisted his head so he could breath, and had this to say: "You...probably shouldn't lay on me like this. I might start to like it."

Tristen heard Tails and stared in confusion. "Who would like that?" Tristen asked, confused. Forgive the kid, he doesn't realize the implications that are made in a world like this.

Tails squirmed once, but he didn't yet have the strength to get Tristen and his weighted clothes off him. He sighed. "It's like...two guys sometimes -mate- like this," he said. "You know. If they like each other a lot. And I still kinda like girls. Y'know."

Tristen had the face that said "WHAT HEARSY IS THIS!?" He was quick to jump off off of Tails to not give him to any opportunity to try. He thought being brothers was enough. "That sounds so wrong." He told Tails.
