I can tell they'd be whiny just by the name... I love when people question the purity of heart shown by Superman... yet give a pass on the purity scale to someone who loves fighting and endangers his sons.

I like some Emo music...but I can't stand anything whiney. If it has good lyrics, I'll listen. If the song talks about how your dad beat you and your girlfriend doesn't listen...no thanks.

Tsukasa Elric Zelyhon I just got an idea. You know how we still don't have a pic on the guild entrance page? Well, how difficult would it be to get various avatar groups (I.E. the gators, rocker peoples, the Pineapple Mafia, whatever else people can think of), make some images with them, and put them on a rotating sig for the front page. And yes, Zely needs both an amp and a guitar for this outfit. That'd be funky. Except I don't really belong to any avatar groups. domokun Just dress up for them then. We'll be making new ones too, like AG Rock group and such. There's something for everyone there, not just the pre-existing groups.

To me, most emo just sounds like a guy badmouthing a relationship he knows nothing about just because the girl he creepily obsesses over goes out with a popular person. It amuses me that someone would wish the heartbreak of a relationship meltdown on someone they "loved"... and that someone who goes about putting up such a piss poor self image has the kind of ego it takes to declare that the girl would be happy with him.

If they can play instruments, and can put creativity into they're lyrics-- I'll like it. Basically, that explains all the music I like. Which is why I don't like rap, country, or Green Day.
