Seph rolled his eyes some, sighing. "Sorry, I'd love to join up with you, but I have a small problem with unquestionable servitude. It's just not my thing, you know?" He gave a noncommittal shrug, his right hand moving lightning fast. Three handseals later, a clone popped out of thin air behind Orochimaru, in a tackle-like attack.

Alice hugged herself tighter, the bite marks on her neck glowing a soft purple. Black marks of sorts started to cover her as a wild; purple chakra shot up around her. Do to the fact that she was not that powerful in the first place, it was not that strong of chakra; but still enough to weigh down a normal nin a little bit.
As Clow broke through Orochimaru's barrier, she looked up,falling closer to the ground him his chakra. She watch Orochimaru turn to dust like nothing as she blinked and went wide eyed. Thoughts ran through her mind as soon she got to her feet, shaking. The color of her eyes glew red, giving her the same effects as Byakougan, but with a shorter range.

Clow stayed motionless, before turning his eyes down to Alice, and then standing up, spreading his monstrous, disgusting wings out. Soon he turned right around to face her. The glint in his eye showed, he wasn't on Alice's side, not yet anyways.
"Don't do this, Alice."

Orochimaru could see all sorts of traps coming his way. He quickly moved, ducking low, and swinging forward to cut the wires coming at him, and then he gripped the handle with his tongue again, and stabbed upwards, while doing handseals. The sword slashed at the Seph clone, and his hands finally touched the tree, before he disappeared again, only to reappear on the ground.
"Ku Ku Ku...I've been out of the fighting 'realm' for quite some time. Forgive me, if my attacks are...shakey."

"W-why...?" Alice looked up at Clow with a hurt face before shaking her head and cradling it in her hands. "I ow Orochimaru my life; he made me powerful where as my sensei only pushed me aside and tell me that I shouldn't help...He tortures his students... I can't trust this place; like a couldn't trust my old village; Clow..."
She had a perfectly fine point indeed, having not known what Orochimaru was really like. She looked up at him with tear filled eyes and backed away slowly. "W-why are you going against him, Clow?"

Just as Orochimaru slashed at his clone, Seph reactivated Byakougan. He followed the Chakra signature and made sure to be close by Orochimaru wherever he may land. As the cards fell, he wasn't far from Seph's position to begin with. Two kunai rocketed out from Seph's sides, powered by his swift arms, aimed for Orochimaru's lower body.

She stood on a tree seeing the wire cut as 5 trees went topping down being they had been connected to them and she had pulled back before. They then toppled down towards the ground at him. Mai was shaking slightly as she appeared on a tree knowing she could make her form go any farther without problems. She was on one knee staying out of view.
~dam it......dam it all....~ She thought as her skin began changing as it became a pale and sickly looking but it was forming an armor on her body and she stayed on knee breathing heavily trying to stay in control so she didn't lose it and put herself in danger. Her chakra began to increase rapidly now and she stood up and dissapeared making three clones and they appeared around him and she glared at him and they all did handsigns.
But after the handsigns she didn't seem to be doing a jutsu as she pointed one arm at him and all the others did and chakra was seeping into the ground as lines of black were forming from each of them forming a symbol beneath orochimaru as it began to glow with a vicious hue.
"you are a pest......" She said angrily. If he watched long enough he would notice his body wouldn't be able to move and would be trapped to the smybol.
"to make me go to this myself is interesting, but when i have the control over myself only one person has ever survived it.......and i'm not planning to let you be the second." She said to him. She felt the strain from using it but ignored it and concentrated.

-=After retreating into his office for a spell, Neko emerged, the thin black 'formal-looking' suit covering his tall and lean body. He held a short, two-foot steel staff in his right hand. his chakra was nowhere near the point it was at last night. after a quick search, Neko found the rivalling chakras, and began to make his way there, the air ripping around him=-

But what caught him was the symbol growing under him, letting himself become immobilized. Though his body shook. He was strong, and was fighting against it with pure will.

"You think this can hold me? Ku Ku Ku..." "it isn't meant to hold." She said glaring at him as the chakra shot out of it in flames curling into a dome and became a huge thing of fire still holding him as her chakra traveled through him to hold him even more keeping his arms away from making a jutsu and she then jumped away making another clone to hold it and spun again as kunai went flying towards it again swirling for a second attack and she grabbed onto a tree to catch her breath for a moment hoping it worked. ((using this cause i'm lagging on the other comp)) = P

Seph wasted no time once he realized Orochimaru's attention was drawn. He teleported behind the snake, latching his arms up under and around Orochimaru's shoulders, holding him tight. With one hand, he shot out a few handseals and the ground beneath them shook and cracked, shattering the glowing seals. Seph knew this would happen, so he made sure to hold Orochimaru tight. Magma spouted up, turned in mid-air, and hurdled towards the two of them.

Alice frowned and shook her head slowly, backing away from Clow. "No... Clow. You were nice to me. I have no reason to attack you; not only that but I'm too weak..." She frowned at him, staring at him, afraid.
