Its OoC, so you wont be using your actual RPC
Ill set up a situation and you have to do your best to figure a way out of it or whatever =P
If the winner is a Gennin Ill probably promote them to Chuunin so they can start training, I dont want there to be too much auto-ranking ^ ^;
