Ugh! Zoe must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed today, her aim was off. Maybe she should try another target? Well saying it like that made her feel bad. She sighed. It came with the job, the guilt of having to pick and choose who gets hurt and who doesn’t. She had to try again, though. She wanted the Quidditch Cup for her team! Zoe swung back again, this time aiming at Xeno.

 Well Xeno had gotten the quaffle but she didn't keep it very long. Bludgers were flying as she moved close to Everly and made an attempt to take the quaffle from her and back into Xeno's possession.

So much just happened! In the blink of an eye, she bludger went sailing towards Xeno, only for Adelai to dive in for the deflect. In another blink, Yarrick missed her save for Everly, and the older girl had the quaffle snatched from her too. It was prime time for some action! Zoe furrowed her brow, dove in towards Everly, and swung her arm to save her, aiming once again for Xeno. Second try’s the charm!

Heck in a hand basket. The game slowed down, like someone pressed a button on a magical remote that controlled time and space. Sure, she saved Everly, but now she was the one in danger. Zoe watched Adelai’s bludger fly towards her, and the only thing she could think to do was hold her bat up in front of her chest. All she could think was, not the face!
