I am, but she's not yet. Burakku/Grammor was the 12th Captain at the start of this arc; for Tsukiko to simply walk into the arc wearing the haori while Burakku is still technically there, would be nothing short of odd. Grammor might have given up his post, but Burakku is, for all intents and purposes, very much alive and very much the 12th Division Captain in this arc. I prefer to make things make sense, you know?

That makes perfect sense. For some reason I was under the impression that something happened and you came in, but, never mind then. So we have an inattentive CC do we? This should be nothing short of interesting.

How did Linuen know Tsukiko "functioned more like a cyborg or something," when she looks no different from anyone else externally? Furthermore, she is not the captain yet, technically Burakku is, and he's "still there."
She's wearing house clothes. ._. Wait, what? rofl
Well, she did function more like a cyborg! COME ON! No person would act like that, all roboty stuff... Anyways, about Burakku... You're not wearing a haori indicating a 12 insignia?
