Nothing directly.
Ume,however, is of my clan, and she took it rather hard when her guardian and best friend decided he couldn't handle his duties and abandoned her.
*turns head from the lake to look the wolf in the eyes, own flashing bright sapphire*

That's not it at all. It's not my duties I couldn't handle. I still come close enough to check on her. That's why I'm here now. But after that last battle, I hated myself at the thought of her being the one to protect me, act as my guardian, and nurse me back to health. It should never come to that. So, I went far away, back to my clan. So maybe I am being a coward, but I feel this is the best for now. No one has use for a broken wolf guardian.
