"Within reasonable distance" doesn't exactly sound good... but hey, that could mean he's like 12 or something!! xd Or at least that could've been if he hadn't claimed he was older, I guess. razz
Why do you figure he might be a liar? Did he tell you a different age before or something?

He's actually going to be 19 in the fall.
I figured it all out, man! biggrin When I asked Kayako to get me his "star sign" whatever from him, not only did he include that, but he also gave his zodiac animal, which is a dragon. My curiousity getting the better of me, I went to see what year that animal lies under, and that would be 1988. His star sign was scorpio, which lands in mid-fall.
So don't worry, he's not a ***** creep. razz

I mean...It's okay for him to be older, I don't really care. My sister is 24, I'm used to it. (Everyone in my family is way older than me...)
But not being willing to tell it, even to the person that bothers you every waking moment....well that just doesn't sound good. Not at all. confused
That's why I asked him if he was a cop. Because the only suspicious-type people I know of on the internet are 1) Criminals 2) Cops.
And asking him if he was a felon wouldn't exactly make him want to tell me. rolleyes EDIT: Man, I didn't think of that Rekka. neutral So how come he won't tell us then??

I was just the same when I first starting internetting about. I wouldn't tell a single soul a thing about myself. Some people even thought I was a guy at first. Remember that, Soren? razz
After awhile, I did ease up on it. I even let that spoof in on a few things that one should NEVER tell anyone on the internets, even if you have known them for almost two years. You just don't know.
He's probably the type that doesn't want anyone to know anything about him because either a) he's paranoid or b) he just doesn't share personal information on the internet.
It's a pretty normal thing for some people to keep any info about themselves unknown to others. Don't take it personally, Kayako. razz

From what I've gathered, some people on the Internet like to hide their age so they can be praised for seeming smarter than most people their age. razz That's what I've encountered occasionally, anyway. The other reasons could be if you're a kid or very, very paranoid. razz
Oh, I remember that quite clearly, Rekk. When you first made a joke saying you were a guy, I was completely thrown off for like a week, not completely sure if you WERE a girl. rofl
I was sort of the opposite at first. I gave out too much information 'cause I was doing what my brother did. Using full names on sites and everything. Such an idiotic thing to do! rolleyes Now I'm less open, though not entirely closed. Rekk bleedin' knows enough to make me commit suicide. razz

I'm always careful on the internet, probably because I'm halfway into a mental disease with all the paranoia and being extra-suspicious. That's why when he mentioned that the alarm bells went off, because I know there are web people that lie to get close to you.
I think the boldest I've EVER been is with you guys in the guild. Nobody else knows my real first name, or saw a picture of me. Of course, I only let you guys know because I get this 'vibe' about yas. No vibe, no jive. biggrin I'm a weirdo, I know. xd

Kayako, I admire you! xp Soren knows my first name, and I accidently gave him my last name when I was explaining what happened to it when my great-grandpa came over from Norway. A mistake I've regretted forever. He also knows exactly what town I live in. I just hope he is what he's told me he is.

Anyways... Kayako... That drawing I'm doing of Rain and Ryou... it's going to be so awesome!! xd It's going to take two sheets of paper to do it. 3nodding I can't wait til I'm finished, but I'm going to have to practice drawing Ryou until I fully start on his part; Rain's is pretty much done, but a few more details can be added.
