Since my dear husband hasn't shown up to fetch me, it must mean he's still sleeping. I think that's a good thing. He needed some decently major healing this morning.

Thank heavens for his healing factor. He's a pretty tough old wolf to kill. I was confident he'd make it out, but I stayed up all night waiting for him and didn't sleep until he was safe in bed at home.

Not as good as Birgby's though. It is good to hear he is doing better though.

I was upset at the site of him this morning. When I left him this evening, he was already looking much better. Knowing him, he'll be almost back to normal by morning.

Yes, I agree. I'm used to being almost a widow during investigations but I look forward to the day when this mess is over and the kids and I can have him back. We were supposed to go on a date tonight but it wasn't meant to be. His health is more important than anything else. It's silly for me to feel neglected. I know his work is important.
