Lewis was focused on looking ahead, trying to find the snitch. It had to be around here somewhere, right? What he didn't notice was a Bludger barreling straight for him. He grit his teeth and tried to blink tears from his eyes as the heavy ball slammed into his ribs. Oh man, that was going to make focusing super difficult. Carefully holding the injured area, he slowly continued in his search.

Hearing that Nic was down for the count caused Finn to swallow a bit harder, as though a millstone were trying to be pushed down. It wasn't that he thought Roxy couldn't run the team, far from it, she most certainly could, but it felt like an ill omen. Pushing that aside, the game was under way, and he needed to do his part to pull a win out. Naomi was making her run at his goals, and the Third Year prepared himself to try blocking her shot.

Score! Her chasers made it to the goals and earned a point for the team. Awesome! The quaffle was back in play, which meant it was time for her to get back at it too. Pad was gunning for Yarrick, and his bludger was headed straight for her partner in crime. Oh no you don’t! Zoe sped towards the older beater and swung to defend. She wasn’t the only one gunning for an older, threatening player, as she took aim at Roxy yet again. One of them had to hit her, right?
