Kufufufu~ I've finally come up with the criteria that needs to be met to trigger the Genderbend Event~~~
...Though something tells me it's only going to happen once everyone stops being so damn excited for the Chunin Exam. xd
Anyway, two of three items have been met and the other two are halfway there. I'm not telling what said criterion are because that would make ya'll rush, and that kills the fun of roleplay.

edit: In runes I mean symbols that make it so humans can have magical abilities...And I don't mean a weapon and it's weilder, I mean an actual human
