"Indeed... you're full of surprises..." He said with a smile, completely oblivious to what was going on over at the bar.
"Thank you..." She smiled, a light blush crossing her cheeks as she moved to stand across the bar from him once more. "It's called a Black Cat..." she said with a bit of a giggle as she sat the glass she was holding down in front of him. "Figured you could be my guinea pig, I found the recipe while looking for Halloween themed stuff."

Michael's words brought on a grin and she purred an 'If only you knew' before she let out a laugh and snaked an arm around his shoulder, a quick glance past him after Lena and Shinji before she grinned widely and shifted to quickly steal a kiss from the boy.
"Guinea pig? I'm not sure whether or not I like that..." Shinji laughed, a shy smile after Lena as he brought the glass closer. "Black Cat, huh? Sounds...Interesting." Despite his teasing words, he brought hte glass to his lips to take a drink. He tilted his head after a moment and nodded. "That's really good actually - Have you tried it yet?" He offered the glass back in her direction so she may taste it if she hadn't already.

Michael had noticed the grin that crossed Amara's face, but didn't question it. He kept his lips against hers, raising a hand to brush her cheek gently.
"I wouldn't have needed a guinea pig if I'd tried it already would I silly..." She said with a giggle before taking the glass from his hand and trying it herself. She smiled to herself as she set the glass back down in front of Shinji. It was nice that things between them weren't as awkward as she'd imagined they would be, it was almost like old times.

Michael's returning of the kiss prompted Amara to let her eyes fall half closed, though she made sure to keep enough sight through her lashes to ensure she could keep an eye on her brother as he tried to rekindle things with Lena.
"Well, I guess not..." Shinji laughed, a pale blush on his cheeks as he looked after the glass she set before him again. He brought his fingers back around the stem of it and bit his lip a moment before he lifted his gaze to her. "I...don't suppose you'd like to dance with me?" He almost couldn't form the words, and exhaled in relief as he noted their audibility. The worst she could do was turn him down, and he knew if that were the case, he deserved it. But he hoped that she would agree - even if only to one dance.

Michael slid a hand down to rest at the small of her back and tilted his head slightly to deepen the kiss. Completely oblivious to anything else that was going on.
"I'm not sure that's the best idea..." Lena said, looking towards the dancefloor as she spoke. "He's pretty distracted at the moment..." she giggled "but still...." she continued, making a face. "I've told him I'm over it, but you know him..." she gave a nervous laugh.

Amara giggled quietly against Michael's lips as she tilted her head to take his deepend kiss, feeling quite triumphant thus far of how easy it was to distract the boy - And satisfy her own needs too.
Shinji shifted his eyes after Lena's glance and bit his lip as he nodded in understanding, a shy smile offered as he shrugged a shoulder. "Amara's pretty good at ensuring people stay distracted...And maybe if we kept my mask in his direction we could get away with a dance?" He offered a cute little half smirk after Lena, but quickly hid it behind the rim of the glass as he lifted his drink to his lips.

Michael kept his lips against Amara's lips a moment more before pulling away just barely "You wanna go sit down...?" he mumbled, clearly not interested in dancing anymore.
"I suppose we could give it a shot..." She said as she made her way around the bar "If it's worth it to you to risk the wrath of my brother..." she continued, looking up at him as she spoke; rather hoping that he thought it was worth it.

"Do you wanna go sit down?" She teased, grinning as she let her eyes open again, her arms keeping around his form. She didn't care what they did - and that wasn't only because she wanted him distracted for Shinji's sake.
Shinji smiled as he shifted closer to Lena, offering his arm to her as he watched her. "Nothing Michael could say or do to me is enough to scare me away from wanting to dance with you, Lena...You're still worth far more than that to me."

"Mmm... yes..." He said, a grin crossing his lips. He placed one more quick kiss on her lips before letting go of her and stepping back. "After you..." he said with a smile, bowing to the girl as he gestured towards the opposite side of the room.
She bit at her lip nervously, her heart skipping a beat at his words. "I..." she mumbled "I'm really glad to hear you say that.." she smiled shyly as she took hold of his hand. As much as he'd hurt her in the past, she still loved him very much and hoped with all her heart that he had changed.

Amara grinned broadly as she took Michael's hand, her eyes watching him over her shoulder as he lead him towards a booth, her hips swaying as she walked in a fashion that she knew he couldn't ignore.
Shinji smiled as he gave Lena's hand a gentle squeeze. He was happy to hear she was glad for what he spoke, and he exhaled softly as he drew her closer. "I still love you, Lena..." he offered as they moved out onto the dance floor. "And I hope that you can forgive me for the idiot that I was before...for everything unpleasant that happened."

A grin spread across Michael's face as he let his eyes wander. 'Not bad...' he thought to himself as he continued along behind her.
"It took me a long time... But I'm over it..." She said with a bit of a sigh "I mean... we were really young... and that's really not an excuse for what you did, but I think it was a contributing factor..."

Taji smiled to Mara, unwrapping a lollipop before putting it in her mouth. "Can I ask you a rather personal question?" she asked, crossing one leg over the other as she shifted to better face the woman.

Taji laughed nervously, shaking her blonde curls slightly. "It's rather silly, and really random, and really personal. But, I was wondering, do you have a boyfriend? Or... maybe a girlfriend?"
