The bartender set the drinks down in front of them. Amnity took the glass and held it to her lips...But she put it back down on the counter, looking into the drink's murky dark color. "It's strange...I just don't feel like drinking for some reason..." She said in a soft voice, not understanding why herself.

Victor entered the bar, completely aware that he would not need his knife here. "A drink would be great now. Maybe I won't need to think." He sat on a stool and out his elbow on the counter. "Rum and cola, please." He smiled at the bar tender. This is kind of pitiful. I'm drinking by myself. I'm laaame. He sighed and looked around. Those two were at the movies just previously. Am I stalking them or something? It will probably seem that way to them. Victor smiled at the thought. He wasn't very sneaky at all. In fact, he walked really loud, which would probably get him killed one day. His drink had arrived. "Bottoms up, loser." He drank it all without stopping.

Amnity nodded, then looked over to the man that was chugging down a whole bottle of...Well...Whatever the hell he ordered. She sighed, remembering how she used to be just like that with alcohol. The hunter looked back at Mephlius as pushed her glass aside. "...Or maybe it's because I always drink when I'm sad..." Wow...Was I raised that way?... "But now that I'm not sad...I'm not really thirsty anymore either."

Victor felt slightly sick, and just a little drunk. It took a lot more than the alchohol he just consumed to make him wasted. Don't drink anymore, this is fine. I don't need my judgement being impaired. That will also get me killed. Everything is gonna kill me. He rested his cheek on his hand, his elbow still on the table. "Still nothing to do." He gently swayed back and forth. "This will be fine for tonight." He stopped smiling when he had yet another flashback, of the floral scent from when he was a child. "Ugh. Not again. This always pros my curiosity, and I don't like it."

Amnity heard the guy next to her start talking to himself. She scooted a bit closer to Mephlius encase the man was about to puke. Playing with a lock of his black hair, she waited until her boyfriend was done with his drink.

Mephlius finished his drink. "Thank you, Bartender." He paid for both of their drinks, then turned to Am. "Shall we dance?"

She nodded as she got off of the bar stool. Amity only prayed that a slow song wouldn't play or else poor Mephlius would have to put up with her bad dancing. She stepped onto the dance floor, immediately feeling like it was the first time she came there where she was without any knowledge of dancing at all.

He followed her to the dance floor, paused a second to get into the beat, then began dancing.

Amnity watched Mephlius as he danced. Damn...He's so much better than me... She desperately wished that Gail had told her that because of her condition, she couldn't dance either. But she had to dance...

Victor paid the bar tender, then stood up. He didn't feel that drunk at all. He walked around the bar a couple times, to make sure he wasn't completely wasted. He wasn't. There still was nothing to do. Might as well hunt, since there isn't anything to do. I'll be fine by myself, unless I get mobbed of course, but I find that unlikely. Victor walked to the exit of the bar, looked back one more time, then left.
