Lady Psycho Sexy Harupiggy Lady Psycho Sexy Harupiggy Lady Psycho Sexy  And Scarf for Speed.
I thought it raised your stat to 150%, though, not the move's power.

Hmm, I lost count while EV training my Vespiquen. D: I was EV training while her defense while she was still a Combee, and then I trained her SP. Def until she evolved. -_- What do now? Max it out, use a single -stat +happiness berry, get 7 EVs. That'll give you 252.
Like, the stat itself should go up to 252 if I did it properly?
Have you guys ever heard Brittany Murphy sing? I thought she was better than Lady Gaga. All for naught, her CD wasn't even finished. -_- No, the EVs should be 252. That adds 63 pts to the stat at lvl 100.
Oh. How will I know if it's maxed out? gonk
