Turns out you have to keep up the hotstreak to win the prizes in the prom thing.
I was 1 away, and I could've won it easily too ( I can do about 90%. ) but I kept lagging, so I decided " Screw it. " and just let the thing play itself to death while I just waited to start over.
Suddenly that 1 game turns into 14 more needed to win that prize.
Since I didn't wanna bother anymore, I bought the collar and crown in the MP. Set me back 8k, but luckily this month's MCs suck, so I can afford it and then some.

A watch, a bowtie, a ribbon, a collar, and a crown.
The bowtie and ribbon can be set to several different colors, and the collar and crown can be either gold or silver.
