Who spent it on a $5 billion diamond encrusted Mercedes Benz.
The fine for just touching it costs $1000.
I have a picture of it but I'm too lazy to upload it to photobucket.
The whole thing is covered in diamonds. Even the tailpipe.
Imagine if you get in a car crash in that thing.
You'll probably break a neck or something but your car will be totally undamaged.

Money = One of the stupidest things humans ever invented.
There's a country that uses tea cubes for currency. That's actually a much nicer idea, in the fact that you can use them when there's a famine and stuff.
Don't know how they'll keep in from cockroaches and stuff though.
